Had the unfortunate experience of working with these folks at Land Rover Alexandria. Spoke to TIm B. (Sales Guide) and confirmed the price and the model that I was going to come lease. I made it very clear that this was a Christmas present for my wife and I was travelling specifically from another city for this transaction. Tim reassured me he had the vehicle and to fill out the credit application online in order to expedite the transaction process. I called as soon as my flight landed and spoke with Tim, confirmed my ETA and he said he would be waiting. I get there, and the quote he had provided was in fact on a lower end model, I kept asking him why he would quote me a different model and then drag me out here only to find out they don't have the vehicle. His response and I quote: "oh yeah, we sold that car an hour ago!" . At this point he kept pushing to sell me the lower end model and had no interest, he went and grabbed the Manager (Joseph D.), who insisted I wait so he could earn my business. I repeatedly asked him, do you have the vehicle I want and he could not answer. After waiting for almost an hour in the lobby for him to address our concerns, we decided to take our business somewhere else. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THESE folks, they are misleading and give sales folks a bad image. You can still sell without lying!

Land Rover of Alexandria is a professional organization with a beautiful facility and a friendly staff. They went above and beyond to meet my needs in the purchase of my certified pre-owned Land Rover Defender. Their service after the sale was exemplary. I highly recommend!

Simply outstanding customer service! My compliments to Elaine Ng for setting up the initial service appointment for my Jaguar I-Pace, for the excellent communication over a two week period via message and email that kept me reminded and informed about my upcoming appointment, and full understand of the work requested. The service department's professionalism and hospitality at Land Rover Alexandria proved to be a most welcome surprise. Especially in comparison to my many negative experiences at other dealership service departments that I've had to endure in the Northern VA region over the past. One dealership kept me waiting for six hours (1PM to 7PM) to replace one sidewall punctured tire under dealership warranty. The service department's representative told me, when I asked when the tire replacement would be done, they said they had VIP customers in front of me for service...I bought my Jaguar I-Pace from that dealership...I wasn't a VIP! They gave me the car back, when I saw they mounted the wrong tire...so back to the service bay to replace the replacement. Anyway, that's only one of many stories many of us can probably relate to. Just want to give a huge shout-out thanks to Elaine for making a difference and to the other Land Rover Alexandria dealership staff I met that day. This service appointment was a positive experience...at long, long last. I will be back!

I recently visited the new Land Rover dealership in VA off Van Dorn st. My service advisor was Elaine and she made my experience great from the time I walked in the door. I have owned 2 Range Rover Sport over the last 10 years and I left last dealership in Annapolis because of the poor customer service. More customer service department should understand how they treat their customers Matter. I can say Elaine and the folks in VA on Van Dorn st understand what it means. Thanks for excellent service and a great experience.

This is the first negative review I have ever given. I would give negative stars if there was an option. I purchased a 2024 Range Rover Velar from Land Rover of Alexandria, 3 days ago. The day I bought it, while the salesman was showing me the features of the vehicle, the car had an electrical malfunction. They fixed it the next day and assured me it was ok. Within 24 hours, the vehicle shutdown while I was driving and caused an accident.Now the vehicle is towed to the dealership waiting 10 days on a part. The best they could do is offer me information to a place they use for repairs. In addition, is charging me $75 a day for a loaner they provided when I was waiting for hours on the side of the road during the electrical malfunction. Thought I did my research and made a sound decision. Hopefully this post helps the next person. Very disappointed Army Veteran.

This review is very overdue. I brought my 2010 Land Rover to Land Rover Alexandria for warranty service at the end of June of this year (2023). Chandler, Gabrielle and Garrett provided world class service!! I purchased the paint touchup service and this team of professionals ensured the job was done correctly, even if it meant the application of two separate visits. My Land Rover is much more shiny and scratch free after the amazing work of Garrett and his team in the body/restoration section.

Elaine was very curt, dismissive and unfriendly. I’ve visited this location on many occasions and my experience has always been pleasant and customer centric.Good customer service is the foundation for building a trusting relationship. I enjoy working with Land Rover Alexandria and hope we can continue the great relationship we have.

Had a wonderful 1st time experience at this dealership yesterday. Everyone was super helpful and nice. The sales rep Paul Blakeman who attended to me was very professional, experience, attentive to details and a very nice guy. He also went above and beyond to ensure that my rental car was returned promptly the next day.

Service wise, Land Rover Alexandria is always excellent. I always get a loaner car while my car is being repaired. It is very pricey, but I guess most luxury cars aren’t cheap to repair! Ash, my service advisor is the absolute best!

In 40 years of vehicle ownership, I've finally felt compelled to write a negative review – truly a landmark moment. I took my warranty-covered vehicle, sporting a curiously peeling center console, for an inspection and a simple fluid top-up. They lightened my wallet by $100, but in an unexpected twist, overlooked the wiper fluid and didn't check the fluids – please remember, this is a vehicle still under warranty. Elaine, my "helpful" service advisor, presented an imaginative narrative: somehow, I was there for a completely different, unspoken reason, and a mysterious lapse in the parts department meant no one followed up. Quite the unforeseen development in my over 10-year relationship with Land Rover! As a 2020 Discovery owner, I'd seriously consider parting ways with it if Alexandria Land Rover was my lone service beacon. Their unique approach seems to be a blend of "the customer is always wrong" and "be grateful for our attention." If I have an option? I'll take the scenic route to Land Rover of Tysons, even if it's a 90-minute drive, just to avoid Alexandria's distinctive approach to "customer care."

If you want to get your very pricey Range Rover fixed, go elsewhere. The dealer had it back 2 times in 2 week and a month later it's still not fixed.Also, how does a luxury brand not offer loaner cars. Kia looks better and better.

I recently decided to purchase a new vehicle. I had decided on a Range Rover. I did research on numerous dealerships and ultimately was torn between two semi-local choices. I made an appointment with Land Rover of Alexandria. I never left the dealership to make my second appointment. I really do not believe I could have had a better experience. My salesman exuded trust, honor and integrity. From initial contact, Ojun was extremely responsive and informative. Never once did he make an attempt to push me in one direction or another. He listened to my needs and let me lead the process. He is attentive, personable and professional. The entire buying process was very easy and straightforward. If you are looking for a great dealership that puts you first, look no further. Ojun is the salesmen I would highly recommend as he made my experience personal and memorable. Hats off to this dealership!!
