I had a wonderful experience at Rosenthal Landmark Honda! My salesperson (Lyly) was very professional, and made sure to follow through with all the agreements we made over the phone. She went above and beyond all my expectations! Very satisfied with the deal and the way I was treated with the entire team! I will definitely return to this dealership for my next Honda!!!Thank you again!

**AVOID AVOID AVOID**Before writing this, I tried to handle my dispute directly with Landmark Honda, Geneva Associates (Rosenthal's parent company). I even emailed the owner of Rosenthal Automotive Group (George Liu), who also ignored my email.I wish there were a zero-star option.The "Pre-owned Operations Platform Director" of Geneva Associates contacted me about purchasing a car I was selling. The car was leased, and if you don't know, only specific dealers can purchase leased cars due to resections from the leasing company. I told them that Mazda Financial Services leased the car. They said that wasn't a problem and made me a reasonable offer. I received a slightly lower offer from Carvana, but it would've been more manageable since they come to you and the paperwork is online. I told them this, and he offered more to make it worthwhile.I was directed to Landmark Honda by Geneva to inspect the car to finalize the process. I made it clear I would be arriving when I did, but they had yet to learn who I was, and I was assigned to deal with the typical car sales guy. He was friendly but knew nothing about the deal I had already worked out via emails and texts. Long story short, after almost two hours, they all claimed they didn't know the car was leased! It was a total waste of time sitting in a depressing, outdated car dealership with a Civic Si marked up by 4k and a Type R marked up by 14k. These guys probably wonder why almost everyone hates the dealership experience. They told me they would honor the deal only after I paid off Mazda and returned with the title in my name. That process can take 30 days or longer. I asked for written confirmation of this, which was given, but it was an unofficial letter that was far from legally binding. They have yet to reply when I emailed them to confirm the letter's validity. It's a good thing I didn't make the payoff; I hoped they would honor their word.Had the "Pre-owned Operations Platform Director" of Geneva Associates or the manager of Landmark Honda called me to apologize, I probably wouldn't have written all this. Mistakes happen, but they do not give an F and want you to go to the dealership at all costs. It's their mission to get you into the store.Luckily, Koons Buys Cars contacted me; they were 1000x more accessible and transparent. They came to my house for the inspection and printed all the paperwork on the spot, and I had a check in my hand in about 1 hour. If you are trying to sell a used car, call Rick DeLeon at Koons. He was a gentleman and a pleasure to work with.

Outstanding service and leadership. We had a serious manufacturing defect/warranty issue and 2 other Honda dealerships would not cover or fix the serious issue. Including Chantilly where we bought the car. They tried to charge our senior citizen mom and her car is just 2 years old with under 4,000 miles thousands of dollars--with a full warranty in place. We had a friend who knew the team at Landmark Honda and they took care of mom. We were very grateful to Cory, Letrell and others. Including the GM. So much so we brought them gifts to say thank you. We will never go anywhere else but to Landmark Honda.The Nelson family of Leesburg, VA

After test driving a pre-owned vehicle, I decided I wanted to buy it. I informed the sales team of my intent and sent them the info for my lender. I received a call saying I could pick up the vehicle that day. Unfortunately I couldn't go in that day, so I made an appointment to sign papers and get the vehicle the next day. When I arrived for my appointment the salesperson told me the car was sold to someone else. I understand that no papers had been signed by me, but why tell me to come pick up the vehicle and schedule an appointment to do so if you're not going to honor that? Just tell people the sooner you come in the better, because we do not reward loyalty or respect the fact that a verbal deal was made. I've never experienced a lack of professionalism and communication as I did with Rosenthal Landmark Honda sales. Do not trust what they tell you and I would only buy a vehicle here if you have cash in hand and it's an unbeatable price.

I really should have looked here before jumping and getting a new Honda here. Yeah, the car is great but they did not send me back my trade-in's license plates as promised and repeated attempts have proven futile. They did not offer me a tire upgrade (from run flats-by far the worse tires available) so I made an aftermarket purchase from TireRack. Definitely not going back there for service.

The manager says they will look into twice now. Yet , they did nothing, nor even acknowledge anything. Cleary, web staff just enters a message reply on here as a manager to make it look like this dealership cares at looking into and resolving. If you are reviewing dealers DO NOT GO HERE, it is not worth it!! look at the previous reviews!!

Good service. Bought my Honda here 7 years ago. Still come back for the service though I've moved further away. Present mailed coupons for cheaper, Honda service, oil changes, state inspection.

It is a rip-off dealer; they are money-hungry without any consideration for the customer, and they recommend unnecessary service to get money. They don't provide you with easy solutions; they magnify the issue so they can get more money. I also checked Honda dealership reviews; this is one of the worst dealerships in the area.this is based on several services and every time, I say next time will be better; however, it was going from bad to worse.Save you money and time and find another dealership.

While purchasing a vehicle from Landmark Honda, I asked repeatedly if their new vehicles had automatic two year maintenance coverage. The sales agent and finance officer both said they knew of no such coverage and offered an expensive maintenance agreement for four and five years. Only as we were leaving were we given the manual which included the flier promoting their free two year maintenance plan! Outright lying to force their plan on us. They missed a strong selling point by not promoting this great benefit of buying a Honda.

RUN!!! Run away as fast as you can from this corrupt, disrespectful, unprofessional place! My family and I drove over 1 1/2 hours to this dealership because we saw a car online and wanted to check it out. About 10 minutes after arriving the first sales person came to greet us. Apollo was our sales rep. It took Apollo another 10 -15 minutes to go find the right keys so we can test drive the car. He knew absolutely nothing about the car we were interested in. Apollo was not even prepared with the car fax. We test drove the car and were ready to purchase it. There was a couple dents on the body and a slight fracture on the windshield that needed to be fixed before any deal was made. Apollo agreed that everything will be fixed by the next day. So the next day we drove over another 1 1/2 hours to make sure the car was fixed. The dents were fixed but windshield had a FULL BLOWN 1 inch crack in it. We were extremely upset because we drove so many miles and hours to purchase this car because this dis-functional dealership promised the car would be ready! Now we wanted to speak to the manager. Kennedy is the most uneducated, disrespectful, arrogant, and ignorant manager I've ever encountered. He came outside to inspect the windshield. Kennedy didn't even acknowledge any of us! He didn't even look at us. Kennedy is extremely unprofessional because the whole time he had a bluetooth headpiece in and was talking to someone on the phone while trying to explain to us that the crack is going to be fixed. We did not even get a single apology from ANYONE! Now we had the Managers promise that the windshield would be fixed. Two days later we drove yet again another 1 1/2 hours to this dealership. It is truly UNBELIEVABLE and DISGUSTING the shady business these people do. The windshield now had TWO giant cracks in it. Instead of fixing the problem, they managed to make it even worse. At this point we had enough. Kennedy did not want to fix the windshield or come to a compromise. Not a lick of customer service from anyone here.So RUN AWAY! I would suggest not even wasting your time here!

Amazing customer service from the Service Department to the Sales Department.In fact, I went in for service on my Honda Civic and walked out with a Honda Accord a model year newer with a modest increase in monthly payment.And the Finance Team was on point, too. They closed the sale and arranged for the Cilajet & Scotch Guard appointment, so that I could run errands in the old car then pick up the new car a few hours later - ready to go!

Worst customer service! We went to see how the CRV looks and the guy that showed us the car didn't even try to sell the car. The first thing he says is let me find the cheapest car for you guys. Got offended when we told him, we were looking for a hybrid, do people get offended for letting them know our requirements? Didn't let us test drive any of the car. I own a Tesla and the customer service I got there was the complete opposite, Asked our requirements, had the car to test drive ready in 5 mins of me requesting. Never going back here again.
