The service advisor Brandon Nuss was very polite and cooperative. He helped me and took care of everything starting from scheduling the appointments till the shuttle that he sent to take me to the dealership to pick me up my car. He is a good example of an employee who cares about customer and the entity he works for. I would also like to praise the existing services, including tea, coffee, and other things. They are different and varied, and demonstrate the hospitality and the attention pays to customers. As for the car, it seems that those who carried out the maintenance did their duty perfectly, as I feel that the car drives better and has become smoother and more flexible. Thank you very much Lindsay Cadillac VA.

My experiences at Lindsay are always positive. Michelle is my favorite service advisor and she always provides excellent service. She’s friendly and professional and always has a smile. She lets me know that she cares and insures that I am informed of what’s going on. I will be glad when your other building is completed.

The level of service that I received at Lindsay Cadillac was absolutely outstanding and stellar! Gino Pellegrino was by far the very best service advisor that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Not only was he knowledgeable and affable, he took the time to actually delineate every point on my diagnostics report with me.

My whole experience at Lindsay Cadillac was great! I initially went to test drive a used car I was interested in, and even though I was transparent that I wouldn’t be buying that day, they were still extremely helpful and attentive. I ended up going back the next day to purchase the car. Lauren and John were both great to work with; they made the process easy and efficient and were extremely accommodating. I was in and out with my new car in less than 2 hours including a test drive, negotiation, paperwork, tags, and the car being detailed. By far the best car buying experience I’ve had!

My experience at Lindsay Cadillac was great! Jim, the sales manager linked me with Jasper. She was funny, accommodating, cordial, informative and professional. Everything I’d expect at a luxury dealership. Anita ensured that I was well informed of all of my warranty options and now my vehicle is covered from bumper to bumper on all this that normal insurance won’t cover, for an extended period of time. I was able to get my dream truck and add in some customizations as well. This is going to be a start to a great relationship. Thanks Lindsay Cadillac!!!

Wow !! So many great thing s I can say about the Cadillac of Alexandria!!! The staff was so amazingly nice and caring. From the sale representative, the finance team to the sale manager was unbelievably went over and beyond the call of duty. Thanks you so much and I am extremely happy how you all took care of me . I had an appointment for an oil change, told the guy out front and he took my key. I sat for 45 minutes then asked why my truck has not been serviced, the same guy who took my key said nobody tagged it. Lindsay needs a greeter to meet everyone at the door and get people to the right person. The greeter should have a list of appointments for the day. The service writer was helpful and got the job done. I waited 3 hours.

Super happy that we checked out the Lindsay Cadillac! We were able to visit to scout the car we were thinking about and then close the deal the next day. I usually take multiple trips / days to purchase a car, but this buying experience was exceptional. Highly recommended!

Sales group is great we deal with John V for all of our cars and he is awesome! Service is another matter, typically very slow and disorganized. Expect long wait times to check in your vehicle and having to follow up to get car back.

Made a sight unseen purchase from 1000 miles away and I was really nervous. Making a 106k purchase like this is not something I have done but their crew made me feel comfortable. Made the drive and now home we are very happy. John, our salesman was great. Worked a better deal for us and disclosed all information before hand. Sales manager, another John, was very friendly and Carlos in financing was also great. First class dealership. Thanks to the crew of Lindsay Cadillac in Alexandria,VA.

Lindsay is a good place to purchase and service your Cadillac. The team there is always pleasant and they make drop off and pick up very easy. The only issue I continue to have is that they never detail the car (vacuum) like they say they do during my regular service.

Recently had my 2017 Escalade with 68k serviced due to rattling issue. They said it was due to transmission issue and flush with updated fluid would fix issue.My car has no power when accelerating as one of the service advisors noted while riding with me. He told me to bring it back when check engine light comes on or gets worse there nothing they can do. In addition, my car goes into tow mode while driving. My car did not have this issue prior to being serviced and they were not able to fix this. I contacted service manager SARGIO DESDUNES to try and bring truck back in and he was more worried about customer survey than addressing issue at hand. He told me if I bring truck I would have to pay another diagnostic fee and was brash. Have contacted corporate but I would not bring your vehicle to this shop.
