Terrible service. Very shady. Not helpful. Mark started yelling at me and hung up on me after he said “THIS IS NOT MARK PROBLEM, THIS IS YOUR PROBLEM” when I called talking to him very politely to correct a mistake he made on my file. DO NOT RECOMMEND! My family and I have used his services for a few years and there’s an issue EVERY year. We kept coming back for the convenience but we will make sure this is the last time we come back. The terrible service, inaccuracy and carelessness is not what you need when doing your TAXES!
Would love to know how to report this place to the IRS!

Unprofessional data entry !!! i got on my tax return two years data mistakes I’m trying to contact IRS .I’m not recommend this place.Bad Customer service!!!

Unprofessional, rude, data integrityIt worries me about the data integrity. It goes about four different people. And there’s no privacy. Mark is so rude and unprofessional. He yells and screams at the clients.You have to wait at least two hours to get your turn and wait for three different people to see. Which would take another hr or more. And they don’t even give you the anytime to explain or tell them what you need.Stay away from that place.I have also heard they were audited and and might end up get a letter from IRS ( as some of the people did).
