Excellent customer service!!!! Response to warranty claim submission was completed and approved within 15 minutes. Fantastic turnaround time. Store personnel were very helpful and accomodating. They are the gold standard for customer service.

Hoda did a great job explaining the differences between various mattresses which helped me with my selection. She also stayed late on a Sunday to make sure I was satisfied with my new mattress and adjustable base. Ask for Hoda by name when you're in the market for a new mattress. I'm really looking forward to my new bed that will be delivered tomorrow! :)

Donna was wonderful and provided great service with no pressure. In fact, after visiting another mattress store, with more selection but poor customer service, we returned to Mattress Firm because we wanted to give Donna our business.As for delivery, professional, on-time, and quick!

Donna in the Kingstowne Mattress Firm store was great to work with. I was buying a new bed for my mom and didnt have a lot of time to spend. Donna took care of everything super fast and exactly when she promised. When it came time for delivery, Alex and his crew got the new bed in and the old bed out in record time.I'm a real customer, not a bot and 10/10 would do everything with Donna and Alex again!Thanks for doing everything right, and she loves the new sheets, Donna!
