I don’t write reviews much unless I’ve had an exceptional experience (either way). My experience with Iman at the Mattress Firm in Patomic Yard was amazing! Iman was so helpful! She went to great length to help us find what we needed and make sure we stayed within our budget. She is knowledgeable, extremely helpful and honest. I highly recommend this store if you value customer service and value.

Sleep expert, that's definitely Mr. Eldred. From the beginning to end. His professionalism reflected how knowledgeable he was as he explained the different types of mattresses that could fit your lifestyle, comfort or healthcare. He assisted with patience. No question was not a valid one, and were answered with clarity, ensuring you had an understanding of your matteress selections - comfort and durability. Sometimes there are businesses that miss out on this type of customer service, but not at Mattress Frim, Potomac Yard, VA. There you will meet Mr. Eldred, which I was pleased to have made a matteress purchase with a sleep expert like him. Thank You!

Super accomodating and knowledgeable. They have a variety of mattresses at all price ranges and even will reimburse you if the mattress you buy goes on sale after you've purchased it. Would definitely recommend!

Iman is extremely knowledgeable about the products and the science of sleep, she is a true sleep expert. Iman was extremely patient with me as I hadn’t purchased a mattress in nearly 20 years. I was very impressed with Iman’s approach. She created a comfortable buying experience.

Had a great experience buying a mattress here. Ehab was the person that helped us and he was very knowledgeable, took time to understand our needs, and didn’t pressure us into buying anything we weren’t comfortable with. Overall I would highly recommend this store and working with Ehab.
