Not the best experience. I would go with a different business next time. Sales team was more about making a sale than helping us find what we really wanted. Delivery was less than pleasant. I was told 9-12pm delivery window night before. Got a call at 830am and was told they would be leaving my mattress by the trash if I didn’t answer my door….No one was at my door. Called dispatch to let them know the situation come to find out they had all the info for my delivery mixed up with another delivery. For all the calls and e-mails about delivery it was very unorganized.

My husband and I were in yesterday to shop new mattresses. Orlando was very informative and sincere. We were pleased with the experience and look forward to receiving our new bed this week.

Phenomenal customer service!! My husband and I stopped in to try out Bedgear pillows, Orlando was a tremendous help!! He provided us with background on the various types of pillows made by Bedgear, and gave us the space to decide if we wanted to make the purchase. He has an inviting and patient personality, we will definitely be shopping here again!

Walked in just to start shopping for a King Sized Mattress and in short order, my wife and I walked out with a beautiful and comfortable Tempurpedic Pro Adapt. Orlando was so knowledgeable and helpful that I didn't need to shop any more. The whole process took less than an hour and tomorrow we'll be sleeping in luxurious comfort. Thanks Orlando!
