Experience at the store was perfectly fine. Just want to post this here as a warning for anyone buying a bed that comes with a bundle (sheets, pillows, mattress protector, etc.). The bundle will take a few weeks to arrive and then they will pull a bait and switch on you and give you a different brand than what was agreed to in the contract. If you ask for the one agreed to upon purchase they will just say they don't receive that brand anymore and this is what they get. Not only is it a brand I didn't care for, it is also not even a 1:1 comparable as it contains different types of items (no mattress protector for instance). The main mattress warehouse support via their website has also been ignoring me for weeks.

I had the pleasure of speaking with (Hope I spell this correctly) Imeia. Imeia helped me with an issue that I was having at the Williamsburg location ( Stay Away!). Was able to take care of what they couldn't in a matter of ten minutes. Amazing customer service!!
