I just left there! I ordered a large fry and this is what I had. I didn’t eat any fries on my way home. If traffic didn’t suck so bad, I go back. But I will be taking this picture up there tomorrow and I expect a free large fry—-shoot, a whole meal. This is ridiculous.

I recently visited this McDonald's location and unfortunately, I had an extremely unsatisfactory experience. I felt compelled to share my feedback regarding the behavior of one of your managers, Anna.During my visit, I encountered Anna, who displayed an exceptionally rude and arrogant demeanor. Her attitude towards customers was unwelcoming and unprofessional. Instead of providing assistance or addressing concerns, she seemed dismissive and indifferent to the needs of patrons.As a customer, I expect a certain level of courtesy and respect from the staff, especially from someone in a managerial position. Anna's behavior not only tarnished my dining experience but also left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer.I believe it is crucial for your management team to address issues related to customer service and employee conduct promptly. The behavior exhibited by Anna does not reflect well on your establishment and could negatively impact the reputation of your brand.I sincerely hope that you take this feedback seriously and implement measures to ensure that all customers are treated with the courtesy and professionalism they deserve.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I had to laugh, but seriously, I don't know how this happened?? My daughter asked me to grab her a Big Mac. I went through the drive thru and of course they had me wait in stall 2 for some reason. 7 minutes later they hand me my bag. I take it home and my daughter pics it up and two raisins fall out? If they had me wait in a stall for seven minutes, that means it should have been cooked fresh. So I'm baffled how two raisins could of gotten in there. I'm laughing because it's just bizarre. But honestly... How and why?

Do not stop here, staff is rude and don’t follow their posted information. Dining room is suppose to open at 5AM and they decided they would only allow drive through. Find a business that values its customers and treats them with respect.

Food is usually hot and fresh. Service is hit or miss. Most recently I was unable to use a BOGO coupon because the order taker's manager was too busy to approve it. Atmosphere is poor: not very clean inside or out, and I once observed employees dumping dirty washwater out the drive through window.

I order online at 6:50 am, I got there at 7:30 in the morning, and the food was not ready, with the excuse, they just received the order when I ask the lady, and then i order a breakfast deluxe and there it was no pancakes, very disappointed ☹️

***I deeply,depply appreciate staff's kindness***(It is not really about food.)12th,Oct,2023// 8-10pm (stayed about 2hrs)I and my friend stopped by here to grab a cup of coffee to catch up after a concert.My friend was sitting towards one of the doors and she stated that there is a man who has been standing at the door ever since we've arrived, made multiple eye contacts w/ her and it made her feel very uncomfortable. So she moved next to me so that she doesnt see him any more.About 10pm, we tried to leave and he was still at the door as if he was waiting for us. So we went back into the store, he followed us in, started talking to us and we ignored him then stopped/ standed at the cashier. He went out to another door. I explained whats going on to one of the staff at the register and asked him if he can walk us out, if he doesnt mind. Then the other 2 female staffs joined us and volunteered to walk us out all together.OMG!!! How nice they are!!! I almost cried. Especially female employees were tiny ladies but they marched out like soldiers.As soon as we stepped outside, that weirdo came out from under the shadow of trees and staffs were asking/shouting at him what he is doing here. The weirdo said 'oh, are yall together huh?' and we said thank you to staffs and hopped on our car and left.Surprisingly, this is the 2nd time that this happened to me. Exactly same situation but in El Paso,TX, back in 2012, around 10pm.And!!! A female manager of the store walked I and 2 other friends out to our car and the man who was waiting for us literally bolted out from the bush near our car. OMG...McDonals staffs saved me twice!!!I mostly use Drive-Thru but sometimes I would like to grab a cup of coffee quickly w/ friends at night...then this happened again.I think I will just stick to Drive-Thru no matter what, from now on...I really wish I could have caught their names but I was flustered and forgot to ask before Ieaving.I sincerely appreciate your help again.Thank you so much.

Been here for 3 years and this McDonald’s hasn’t ever disappointed me. The fries are always fresh, cheeseburgers are exactly the way I like and the workers seem nice whenever I go there. Every other McDonald’s I avoid. This is the only one I will go to around here.

They can’t even get an order right.Asked for a quarter pounder with just cheese two different times they screwed it upAsk for a Mc double plain no cheese they make it twice messed upIt’s like how hard is it to get an order right. You can tell this place multiple days in a row that their sweet tea has gone bad and they won't do anything about it. The environment doesn't even have to be that sanitary for sweet tea to go bad in about 10 days. It tastes terrible but you don't even need to drink it to see It's gone bad because of how cloudy it is. Just dump it out wash the container out. Money can't be so tight that you risk poisoning people.
