Went to add internet on my account, first I was told it was $25 first time user, and when checking my account, I was told I had ordered before and cancelled. Explained the lady at the customer service that was the error from them originally and kept telling her this is my first time, in stead of the $25 was charged $72, was upset and told her I will complain, she told me she will not accommodate me if I complain. I told her this is not personal not with her at least, but my complaint is to the store manager. I was told to go to another store without any accountability. I have never heard this before. I was literally kicked out of the store. Called customer service and told them the situation, wanted to talk to the lady, she refused to accept me and they had to send me to another store, was guaranteed corporate will follow up and call me about this and never heard from them. I opened my account in that same store over 10 month ago and I can’t believe they have treated me this way. I have called BBB and they gave me a number to for the State labor Office, which I am following up. Unbelievable a store can let their employees abuse customers.

Sara and Angie, they are very friendly, they have a good attitude and I always come out with something new every time or they help me with some problems that I have sometimes, but they always give me good advice and phone options :)

I went this store on Tuesday November 7th to get service plan and there were 2 ladies,I asked them if they would help me and their response was very strange. They speak Spanish,I'm very okay with that but the problem was I speak English and their response was with Spanish and also they were laughing at me,I left the store and went to my car checked myself if there wassomething wrong that made them laughing at me and went back to the store and I asked them the same thing unfortunately when they saw me they started laughing again, finally I left the store without help, I wonder who trained and hired them, forget about Customer service but at minimum common sense they should learn how to treat people as a human being! I'm Really sorry
