I like this consignment shop, but one of the workers can be extremely rude and curt with some people. Other customers have mentioned it as well. I hope management addresses this.

I heard from locals that this place has a good reputation and good selection. However, I wouldn’t trust the word of mouth. It wasn’t what I expected and I suspect a lot of it was counterfeit.
Just not what I expected is all. Staff was ok.

Incredibly rude staff, both the young and the old. They look at your stuff as if it is beneath them; it’s not my fault they had to downsize their store and maybe don’t have space anymore. The items they resell are ridiculously high prices too. Sad!

I have been here a couple times and they always have nice items. Went by today during the week and I guess they need to update their times because they were not open at 12 30 on a Tuesday - edited: well now I feel silly - I will have to check out their new location

i consigned high end things to this store and they ridiculously under-priced things and did not communicate well. A heavily embroidered beautiful, floral Stella McCartney jacket that had an original price of $11,000 at Neiman Marcus and I bought for $2500 and wore only a few times so it was in pristine condition, they priced at $200 and it was immediately snapped up. I consigned a number of top quality things and got VERY LITTLE money. Not only did they do a Bad Job of pricing, they are also Snooty, which I don't care for to begin with, and don't think thy're that good at their job to begin with.

Every time I have consigned here, I have had to follow up several times, for months, to get my check that should have a 7-10 day processing period (per the company's website). Either this place is unethical or poorly managed but neither is acceptable. I would not recommend consigning here - find somewhere else.

My first and only attempt to consign with them turn me off from even shopping at their store. The staff were such glib snobs and they treat you based on how you dress. So sad for them to not recognize their international clientele. It will be interesting to see how long they will last if they keep up with this level of W.A.S.P. customer service.

I’ve been patronizing this store for over 10 years. Saturday Nov 10, 2023 , I had a very bad encounter with the staff. I was treated so rudely for no reason. They greeted everyone except me. I was totally flabbergasted. One of the young ladies rudely looked at me in such a disgusting way. My heart was hurt to the level of disrespect that I received that day. I will never go back to Mint Condition ever again, after that horrific experience. I’m praying that these young ladies learn to respect and show kindness to all.

Poorly run in general. It took forever to get my check. The the unfriendly woman, who I think is the owner, in children’s section is why I gave this review. She couldn’t he bothered to respond to my enthusiasm. I put down what I was going to purchase and left. Won’t be going back.There’s a consignment shop in Delray that’s pleasant.

I’m very disappointed because I offered a nearly brand new pair of Golden Goose Sneakers for sale, but I haven't received much for it, which I understand. However, today I was told that I need to wait until 8/24 to get the payment, and it's only 7/24, so that means waiting for the entire month. They mentioned that there's nothing they can do and the owner won't provide the check earlier. It's just a check! This whole situation has left me feeling disappointed, and I don't think I'll be selling here again. Not a good business experience for me.
