I caught a flat tire coming back from North Carolina after Christmas and I was beside myself as these were pretty much new tires! I walked into Mr. Tire Wednesday night five minutes until closing and Fida told me how much Tire would be and that he could have it in the next day I knew that they were closing and I had a lot going on so I told him I would call him Thursday and let him know. Thursday rolled around and it was just a really busy day and I didn’t get an opportunity to call him until late in the day. When I called him, he told me he could have the Tire in around lunchtime Friday, and that one of his text would give me a call as soon as it was in.Friday rolls around and of course it’s New Year’s weekend so I’m in the mist of my company New Year’s toast which I was in charge of and they called to say that the tire was available and to bring the car in before 5:30 PM. I advised Tom that I was in the mist of the toast and as soon as I was done I could be there around 4:30 PM. I got there right at 4:27 PM within 10 minutes. A tech drove my car into the shop and changed my tire. While I was waiting, Tom and I had an opportunity to actually speak, and he was absolutely phenomenal!Hands-down, the best Customer Service from any mechanic shop in my whole life! My brother-in-law is a master mechanic, and I have a hard time trusting mechanics. I will wholeheartedly use Mr. Tire for all of my car needs! Honestly, I had even called a few other places on Thursday And received terrible customer service from everywhere I called or they were just really shortened to the point, Mr. Tire was the only place I called that had any type of personality and genuine Customer Service! Management is really good at picking top quality mechanics!

Rip off they charged $113 for an oil change and said that my tire tread was too low to do a tire rotation. Doesn’t make sense and clearly they want as much money as possible for the least amount of work. Do NOT recommend.

This place has gone down hill. I recently went for an oil change and tire rotation. Upon checking in I was told that my information could not be found.. I stated to the manager who said he had been working there for 30yrs, that I bought all r of my tires specifically from this location earlier in the year and had an alignment as well. He asked if I had the paperwork because he could not find it. Thankfully I keep everything. We found the issue. Someone else's vehicle was under my name. I asked if he could update it in the system for warranty purposes. My vehicle is a 2021 Honda pilot. The vehicle listed was a Cadillac cts. He was unwilling to and told me to just keep my paper work. So if I choose to go to a location closer to home I have tp go through this issue all over again. I went ahead and let them do the oil change and asked for a price for brakes. The manager wanted to give me a guess. I said no i need actual prices. They never gave me the pricing. The tech recommended an alignment. I let them know I had one less than a yr ago and that it should be under warranty. The manager said the warranty is between 4-6 mths. According to Mr tire it's 1 yr or 12000 miles. I hadn't reached either. Never again will I go to this location and a letter will be sent to corporate

Took my truck in and they did a great job. Got a flat on my other car and booked an early morning appointment only to show up and be told they didn’t have the right equipment or tech to do the work. Frustrating as the appointment scheduler made me select year/make/model and suggested tires. Then they still tried to sell me 4 tires…

Aired up my tire to max pressure on the hottest day of the year so of course it popped sitting in the apartment parking lot the very same day. Came back the next morning to let him know and he blamed it on me and refused to resolve the issue without me buying two more tires.

We had to have a realignment, replace a tire, and return the spare tire to our trunk. Tom learned that there was a Michelin tire of our type in the Mr. Tire establishment in Bailey's Crosroads. He obtained it for us within an hour - and then performend the work we needed in about 45 additional minutes. The quality of the work excellent, and Tom's pleasant service was appreciated. Thank you, Tom. Thank you, Mr. Tire.

Used to be my "go-to" place. Now they no longer have an inspector and was told that even though I had an appointment , it would be a 4 hour wait for an oil change. Bring Dean back, he ran this place with complete efficiency

Decent place to get my tires replaced, I found them through TireRack. Reasonably priced, too. $130 for alignment + $48 mounting/balancing.I was pleasantly surprised to see that my spare tire was neatly put back neatly in its place, but maybe that's cause I've dealt with some sloppy mechanics.The advisor(s) I spoke to knew what they were doing. Minus one star because I reached out to them first to find out if my car was ready to pick up which was four hours after my tires were delivered, when I was told it would take two hours to complete the service.People are quick to write bad reviews, but let's all take some time to write good ones as well.

Mr. Tire on Pickett St is the best. The staff is personable, respectful, and do great work! I don’t even care to take my car to the brand-specific service center anymore. Exceptional service!
