The inspector, Muhammad Tahir, is very rude and unprofessional in his behavior. I brought my car in for inspection, and he rejected it, insisting that I needed to replace my brakes. I told him my brakes were almost new, as I had replaced them just six months ago, but he didn't listen and said I could replace the brakes there, giving me a very high price. I didn't get them fixed at his shop and took my car to another place, where they confirmed my brakes were still new and didn't need replacing. I have two concerns about this man: either he doesn't know what he's doing, or he's cheating people.

The NTA car repair shop manager and his inspectors are scammers. Don't bring your car for repairs or inspections- they are very dishonest people. I have never experienced anything like this in my life.
I brought my car in for inspection, and they told me it needed repairs and some parts had to be replaced. They quoted me $850 for the repairs at their shop. Instead, I took my car to another place and had it fixed for $130. They even told me some of the parts were still good and didn't need replacing. My car then passed the inspection. The difference in price was $720.

I recently visited NTA of Van Dorn Exxon, and I was impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. The staff was friendly, and they took the time to explain the issues with my car clearly. The service was fast, and my car now runs smoothly. Pricing was very reasonable. Overall, a great experience, and I would highly recommend them for any car maintenance or repair needs!

NTA was recommended to me by family.
Being new to Alexandria, I needed a state inspection and oil change/tune up. It was a quick conversation of requesting and quickly getting maintenance on my car. Personnel was very friendly and treated me as if I was a longtime customer. I will bring my car back as needed. I trust them for maintenance on my car. This is where I will refuel my car from now on.

I had a pretty great experience this morning. Customer service was on point, from the guy who took my car in to the checkout experience. I was in there for the safety inspection but decided to do the emissions and an oil change since it was close to the 5K miles. It didn’t take long for my car to be serviced, I was in and out in about an hour. Prices were very decent, they answered my questions before working on my car. I’ll be a return customer for sure.

The NTA car repair shop manager is a scammer . we call to oil change and ask the price of statistics oil he told me $95. And total with tax was $99 on my receipt but they charge me $102.00
$3.00 extra.

Very appreciative to Derek and the team for helping me resolve some maintenance issues with my vehicle. Other shops have tried to upsell me and have even withheld an inspection sticker unless I made thousands in extra repairs. NTA was straightforward about what was needed for my older car and the prices were fair. I'll be back for future inspections and maintenance.
