I'm not a big shopper, but my experience at this Old Navy wasn't bad. It's not as massive as other locations and less overwhelming. The dressing rooms are not very nice, but staff give you the freedom to just grab an empty one. It's less intrusive.

They always have a clothing item that you want at a modest price. The customer service is great. Watch out for their sales becauae they are excellent. Shop online.

The assistant manager for this store was beyond rude. From the moment we laid our items down to purchase, she had an attitude because we asked to see a subtotal on items before completing the purchase. She also was extremely unhelpful in helping my friend navigate her account issues with her Old Navy card. My friend ended up figuring it out by herself, as the assistant manager just sat at the register and stared at us. Once the purchase was complete, the assistant manager printed a copy to keep which I found extremely insulting, as if she was insinuating the purchase was a fraudulent charge. As my friend and I were leaving, the assistant manager watched us out of the parking lot the ENTIRE time - which made me feel like we were being profiled. This encounter was not a good look on behalf of Old Navy and I would NEVER recommend this store for any shoppers.

Poor customer service from the store lead. I mentioned that they were out of my size in some things and she didn't offer to have it shipped to me, which I saw on a sign while I was leaving. Also very frustrating that a lot of the tag sizes didn't match the size on the hangers so you have to dig and dig through mountains of clothes/tags to find your size. Might as well just shop on line.

I usually don’t write reviews but today was the worst experience with Lexi I’m pretty sure was her name she wears glasses extremely rude I don’t need her to say hi but first she didn’t even look up when she started checking us out which okay she might be having a bad day but then she rings up in item that comes in a 5 pack and we didn’t know since we doing it single with a tag and I come back 5 min later to ask her when I realized and nicely just asked why it was a different price and I guess that bothered her and gave me attitude saying i don’t know others return it I was like oh okay can I just get the refund and then she looked over at her coworker and have her a look and I said there’s no need to give attitude and she answered back giving more attitude and throwing back the money that’s extremely unprofessional I never thought a simple question would bother her for her to act the way she did and manager seemed to not care and didn’t want to give me her name when she walked away it’s upsetting I was with my niece and she had to see all that

Would say it's a good store to shop--usually have a good stock. Just a note for management, employees talk more than they work.

I’m starting to wonder why anyone would go to a store anymore. There had to be seven employees, all working at the back. No one to help myself or another woman who literally went to drag an employee to the front to check out. Didn’t really have my size, which is not super uncommon. I definitely wondered at what point I should just give up or just leave without paying for my item, which I definitely could have. Online is just way easier.
