I was here pretty close to closing time on a Wednesday to get some last-minute clothing for work the next day, and the sales associates were genuinely excellent. Helpful, so friendly, and efficient. Clearly a well-managed store-- kudos to this team. 💙

Excellent store. Lots of variety, beautiful clothing for everyone and wonderful service. I appreciate when they communicate in Spanish without encouragement or pretensions.

The manager whose name is shineesha or something stupid - so rude for no reason. Honestly all the female managers here have always been useless except for Francine. But even then she is also rude. Something wrong with women here clearly.

The manager on duty the morning of 10/14 needs to go back to school and learn customer service skills. She was wearing bright purple lipstick and checkered blouse without a name tag on and was quite rude when it came to asking about incorrect prices on signs versus price check. Gave me a rude look and stare throughout the store, questioned me, and didn’t assist in confirming the price. Go to the register where Mallory whispered something to her on their walkie talkies and she then came up to complete my purchase. Upon scanning the items, she was so focused on making me feel uncomfortable rather than price adjusting the items per their signs. Other than that, you can find some good items at Old Navy with rather more competent and friendly managers on other days.

Came in yesterday for some jeans and I was very happy with my experience. The lovely sales associates (I didn’t get their names) were great! The young lady at the front suggested I try the curvy style and WOW that fit my proportions so well! I’ll be back for more jeans! Thank you to the staff for making sure everything was organized, clean and fun!

Great stock of all sizes petite to plus. Also this store is SO CLEAN and organized; it is as if it is brand new. The employees are very kind and helpful as well.
