Great farmers market with wonderful assortment of vendors and produce stand. They are very knowledgeable about their offerings and the prepared food is delicious.

One of the best Farmers Markets in the tri-state area and conveniently located in Old Town. From breakfast tacos, locally grown vegetables and craftsman to the fresh breads and numerous food stands, this place is a favorite. On days with beautiful weather, the square gets packed full of people.

The Old Town Farmers' Market is the oldest farmers' market in the country held continuously at the same site. George Washington sent his produce from Mount Vernon to be sold at our Farmer's Market. Today, the market offers residents of and visitors to Alexandria a way to reconnect to the past while participating in an ongoing local and national tradition.
