The worst experience I ever had , those people are scammers.My car wouldn’t start in the morning , I went to passport Infiniti in Alexandria to buy a new battery , they installed it and my car wouldn’t start in the morning again . Every morning I had to wake up early to jump start my car.I went to autozone to get the battery checked , they said the battery wasn’t good , I bought a new battery from autozone because I was tired of it and now I don’t need to jump start my car in the morning anymore because it works .I went back to passport Infiniti with the bad battery they sold me and get my refund but they didn’t give me the money back .I don’t recommend to buy anything there because even when it’s bad you won’t get your your money back ✌?

I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from this dealership, worked closely with La'Quisha and she was excellent! I purchased from out of state and she helped walk me through the entire process via phone, email and text. Not only was she quick to respond, I felt as though she was really looking out for me personally. I would absolutely work with her again! Very happy with my new car! The GM also personally reached out to thank me for my purchase and provided his contact information.

Never let the advisors, Chris Dionyssopoul, tell you what's wrong with your car. I go to Infiniti of Alexandria, tell them I want a quote for struts. Advisor, Chris, test drive the car with me and tell me it's the sway bar, but he will have mechanic check. This does not make sense to me because Infiniti just finished other repair yesterday and my car inspection says everything is good. If my bushings and sway bar were bad, I'm sure they would have seen that and told me. After the sway bars are replaced, it's not the sway bar, but the struts that needs replacing. I asked Chris if the technician drove the car and he says yes. I honestly don't believe him because, I guess this means neither one of them knew what they're doing. Chris also gave recommended service already completed and a suggestion when technician never looked at the spark plugs. Either way my money, time and sway bars were wasted. Lesson learned, there will be some changes made. For a dealership that promises inspections, Infiniti does not do them. Ask questions and it's clearly obvious and this snafu definitely says no inspection done . Infiniti's labor cost too high for inept technicians and advisors.

Definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in need of a car or in need of service to their vehicle!! Everyone is very friendly and helpful with all ur questions. I was attended by Chris and his team at the service center they were all very helpful, amazing team work they all work together and truly show the passion they have in helping others very happy with every visit I’ve made I don’t mind driving the extra miles to come to this dealership definitely does not compare to any other dealership

Professional, friendly, and a swift purchase. Highly satisfied with Kyla (Salesperson) and Mike (Financial) with my experience. Spoke with Kyla over the phone on 11/6 and I drove off with the car 11/7. Less than a hour in the dealership which was to my preference. Will be returning.

I just came back from the Alexandria Infiniti service center. I want to share my experience. I would hope the service department will give attention to... Please take this review as constructive comments for better customer service. Here are my experience at the service center:1. Reason for service center visit: My Infiniti Car battery died this morning. After jump started the battery, I went to the service for checkup since I bought the battery two years ago which is still under warranty. The advisor by the name Chris Dionyssopoul advised me performing the battery testing. The battery passed after waiting for more than two hours. Since the battery passed the testing I was informed that they would not replace it. I accepted the advice.2. Mr. Dionyssopoul also informed me that they performed multi-point vehicle inspection and recommended five services. One of them is to replace cabin air filter. I am surprised with the recommendation since the cabin air filter was replaced one month ago and they still are recommending for service. I thought the procedure is that the technician will first check the existing condition and recommend any required replacement. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case or didn't happen.3. The service advisor, Mr. Chris Dionyssopoul informed me that they would wash the car before delivering the vehicle. I was advised to wait for 30 minutes but I waited more than one hour. Finally, I was informed that the car was ready but found out that the car was not washed at all.4. Overall, I would suggest the advisor getting a training to be professional, courteous and friendly for better customer service.

I had an extremely positive experience with Dino Payne and Michael Ip when making an unexpected purchase vice the need for costly repairs on my previous vehicle. They swiftly found a 2020 QX60 that was comparable to my other vehicle, included more amenities and was affordable. Thanks for the flexibility, professionalism and quick attention to my needs! I had a wonderful experience! I was treated very well. All departments went above and beyond including sales, finance, service and management departments. I purchased a 2019 BMW X3 and I’m extremely satisfied! My experience was so great that I referred my mom!!! My mom purchased a 2023 Infiniti QX50. She loves it! I’ve purchased a lot of vehicles in my lifetime, but if I ever decide to purchase again I will definitely return to Passport Infiniti of Alexandria. Ask for Michelle Mason (Sales) and Michael Ip (Finance Manager). LT is awesome, too!

I have to admit, when I recently traded in my Nissan for an Infinity, I was quite apprehensive. The Service Department at Passport Nissan was superb and over the years I had come to rely on their knowledge and professionalism. So being told I had to go somewhere else when I traded up was more than a bit concerning.Fortunately, my fears were unfounded. I just brought my car in to Passport Infinity in for some significant maintenance and was more than pleasantly surprised. I made the appointment with Lawrence in Service on Thursday and went over all the work needed and the cost. I came in the following Monday and everything was done ahead of schedule and not over the estimated price. And while I waited, Michelle in Sales saw to it I had some coffee and all my questions about the current Infinity line were answered. Other members of the staff came by to say hello as well. It was an enjoyable experience — something very rare when visiting a car dealer to have repairs done.Great service, professional attitudes, and friendly people. What more can you ask for? It looks like I’ll be a member of the “Passport Family” some many years to come.

Manyango was very professional, he went beyond and above to make sure I got the car that I wanted. He was very transparent, he made sure that I didn't leave the lot with out a full tank of gas. He even sat with me to make sure I got the best deal. Words can not express how will he treated me. Manyango went above my expectations. I'm so happy that he was the one that help me with purchasing my InfinitiQX60.

I usually dislike going to dealerships and having to deal with pushy sales people just trying to wear me down. But this experience was completely different. Thanks to my wonderful sales rep Ms. Kyla Philippe. She was amazing. She greeted me with a smile and was kind, helpful, knowledgeable, firm but fair - a complete joy to work with.I came in to see about a used vehicle I saw online and she was on it right away. Didn't try to steer me toward a new vehicle. Just scanned my ID and brought the car around. The test drive was comfortable. She continued to tell me the features of the car and at the same time managed to make it a relaxed drive. Still no pressure. A fun test drive with the sales rep, imagine that.When we returned to the lot, she gave me the numbers and final price of the vehicle. I was still a bit apprehensive about the price and some of the items listed on the Carfax. She brought in a manager and he was reassuring without rushing me or being pushy. He was solely and genuinely focused on how he could assuage my worries and concerns and help me leave happy, with or without a vehicle. It was refreshing.I've purchased five vehicles from various dealers in the past. They were all the typical long drawn out, make you wait/sweat, wear you down type of deals. I have chronic pain condition that makes that process excruciating. However, THIS purchase was by far the quickest, easiest, and most comfortable experience I've ever had. We were offered water, tea, coffee, etc multiple times. The dealership is clean - literally sparkling - and smells pleasant. I currently live in Laurel but will definitely consider making the trip to Alexandria to have my vehicle serviced. They made me feel that much at home. I am grateful to have had Kyla greet me and patiently work with me on my purchase. Excellent service - thank you!
