The staff at Patient First were exceptionally kind, understanding, and professional. Nurse Luz and Dr. Benjamin Jessee provided outstanding care and promptly addressed my needs. I wholeheartedly recommend Patient First with a perfect 10 out of 10 rating.

I have and always been skeptical of Urgent Care practice but a friend of mine said to try Patient First. In my. Ase I normally use VA hospital as my primary but was in need of a simple form completed for a Schedule A Letter for Diabetes for my employer. The VA gave a may29th date so I figured why not try another office to get this done. I go to Patient Care ... Explain that I normally use VA for primary and that I have diabetes and need a schedule A letter to the intake. They immediately said they cannot complete the form and that I would have to go to my primary. I ask if the offer diabetes screening and primary intake is a possibility. They said no ... We cannot help you, but let me ask my manager. They take the form to the doctor. The doctor comes out and says the VA will need to complete the Schedule A Letter and we can not help you. You will have to go to your VA to complete the form. No offer for primarintake to complete the form ... No evaluation with a diabetes screening ... No answer to wtheu can not intake me ... Why they can not screen me for diabetes. Garbage CustomerService ... Garbage Intake ... Garbage Problem Solving. Get Sick somewhere else. Look for help somewhere else.It does not matter that I am a Vet and let them know that I am a Vet.They treated me like I am a thief or bum.

We are frequent flyers of this patient first. Sometimes I think I am borderline hypochondriac, but this facility really helps get to the bottom of your illnesses. Today I felt silly going in, but my symptoms were not normal illness for me. Although not the most intense exam, I did feel l was listened to and all steps were taken to check me out.

I literally can't say enough good things about this location. Your staff is excellent. From being greates warmly and treated quickly. To the Dr I had in clinic. (Allen) I believe. This was my first time at this location but I had also been at one of your woodbridge locations in the past and had a great experience there too. I recommend you all to my friends in the area. I actually got some sleep last night. They filled my RX there and I walked out late on a Saturday night with everything I needed to be on the road to getting better. Thank you. Your name says it all.

3 hours ?! This urgent care experience was an absolute nightmare. Waited for an eternity in a dingy patient room while the staff outside seemed more interested in their gossip session than attending to anyone's needs. It's like they forgot they were supposed to, you know, care. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this place unless you have time to waste and enjoy being ignored.

Dr. Gregor G. Seibert is very sufficient and professional which is always greatly appreciated as not only a fellow MA, but as a sick patient as well. His time, thoroughness and patience were very pleasant and left my health feeling in great hands while in the process of getting better. Thank you Dr.! The World NEEDS more like you. The Drs. that actually care and have a true passion in what they do.

staff here is prompt and personable bu after getting a dx of COVID vaccine was dismissed for racism mtg heart very raw throat and ear infection when ch i believe are attributed to strep. i feel like i am dying with high fever and chest pains. all i was prescribed was Paxlovid but i believe i also have strep b/c i have 2 students with it and he did not experience me me thoroughly - like feeling glands and checking ears. after saying i have no tonsils he dismissed me. and i feel worse than even 2 hours ago.

I came in and I was called for check in almost right away. From there I went to the room and get checked for my vitals. In Saturday morning waiting room was pretty busy but it was smooth and medical assistant and X-ray specialist (unfortunately don’t know their names) as well as Dr Ashby were super nice and helpful. I am dealing with my sickness for 5 weeks and they made sure I am all set and properly checked with medication before I left. Even wait for longer for a dr to see me (but due to their busy day) I was treated very nicely and Dr Ashby smiled a lot, explained all the medication and answer all my questions. Thank you again!
