I used to have Paul as my agent for 3 years. But when I started to have questions regarding my policy I could never get anyone to call me back or answer my emails. I had to switch to State Farm! I do not recommend his office.

In the 4+ years we have been with Paul Coles, his team has never answered the phone or responded to an email without me trying 50+ times over two weeks and escalating the issue to the national office. I have no clue whether Paul Coles even exists or if this office is a front for illegal bootleggers.
