Incredible class! I highly recommend Sophia Howard's evening class. You can take it online, and Sophia is a very personable instructor that checks in with everyone and has a wealth of knowledge about yoga ,making them a great person for questions, targeting problem areas, and learning more about yoga as a whole.

I was introduced to yoga a decade ago and was reintroduced through the owner, Marsha, who is very kind. PIES has a sense of community and therapeutic values. If you're looking for a yoga studio that promotes healthy connectivity that cares about your yoga poses as well as your heart, I highly recommend PIES!

I had a fabulous time as a newbie at this studio, lovely environment. Instructor was easy to follow. Class was challenging in the best way and we worked up to more difficult positions.

Im so glad I found this place. Ive been taking Capoiera with instructor Dante and its been life changing! The peace, the grounding, the community. I came to Pies to get in shape and months later im in better shape mentally physically emotionally and spiritually than ever before!! If yr debating trying it DOOOO IT!

This is the "Cheers" bar of yoga studios (Yes I dated myself!). It's 100% true that everyone knows your name or your quirk. I've only taken the "my body don't bend that way" yoga class as it's the only one that doesn't leave me feeling like a painful failure at the end of it. Marsha & Kristi are phenomenal! ZERO judgements when you get a pose wrong, and are always willing to help with a gentle word, a quick adjustment, whatever you need. The ambiance is terrific too! My hands-down favorite class is the 7.45 class on Saturdays. I know that sounds like an obscene time to do yoga but trust me, every second is worth it. You.Will.Not.Be.Disappointed.

I'm looking forward to joining in on my first class but I must say, I'm a bit at a loss when upon calling to register a Groupon, I was told it will take 72 hours to process. Umm, all the other 999 places I went to with a Groupon, processing was a 3 second key stroke. Hopefully, the fitness experience I will encounter will outweigh the common sense of the staff processing memberships.

It has been three weeks, and they still will not let me use the passes I paid for using a Groupon. Each time I call I am given a lame excuse and told to wait 48 hours for them to manually add passes to my account

So, I can't comment on the quality of these classes, but you should be aware that if you cancel your membership there is 350$ fee and one months notice so they can charge you another 120$. This is a scam.
