Lack of communication from the property manager. When asking for a simple form, the person who answered the phone said “yeah I told the property manager.” I’ve done this 3x in the past 2 months. Where is the district manager? This location is the absolute worst and the staff is so incompetent they can’t even send a simple email with an attachment.
The building is run down and does not have AC. The floors are filthy and gate was left open so your storage isn’t secure.

I had an excellent experience at this Public Storage location, thanks to the amazing manager, Milka. She was extremely professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. From the moment I walked in, she made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The storage units are spotless, well-maintained, and very secure. You can tell Milka takes great pride in keeping everything clean and organized. If you’re looking for a storage place that’s both reliable and managed with care, I highly recommend this location and especially Milka. She truly goes above and beyond!

I had a very pleasant experience with Ms. Milka on 2 June 25. I haven't previously rented from Public Storage and was unfamiliar with my facility's location. My GPS incorrectly gave directions to the 401 South Pickett location, and after unsuccessfully attempting gate entry for several minutes, Ms. Milka saw that I was having trouble and graciously offered to help me, although she had recently clocked out. She pulled up my information and gave me the correct address. I appreciate her kind act. Thank you, Ms. Milka, and may God bless you.

Milka answered all my questions with patience and made sure I understood everything clearly, from unit options to payment details. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and it was obvious she takes pride in keeping things running efficiently.
