My storage unit and the hallway lights are out. The elevator was broken for weeks, and now the air conditioning is out. Last, my rent increased from $120 to $200 in just six months. Every time I try to complain, they tell me they’ll talk to management, but nothing gets done. So, I try to call the customer service number but nothing gets done. Miss Waters, the manager, doesn’t even answer. I would love to move all my stuff, but I have a huge storage unit, and that’s not possible since I live in an apartment.

The roof had major leakage and we had things ruined. We had mentioned back in January we saw water and dripping from the ceiling into the hallway. They assured us they were handling it. We got a call that a recent storm from a day ago (early July) had caused leakage, however when we arrived there was already black mold in some of our boxes and there were fans and dehumidifier’s throughout the building, however not one was being run.
They nicely hired movers to move our stuff that was not ruined to a new, smaller unit and told us we would be refunded for July and have two months of free rent for another two months after that. But, I still have not been refunded and have received bills for August. NOTE: the price they are charging is much more than online.
No one will answer my call and I’ve had to ask my Credit Card company to dispute the charges. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS UNIT!!! I have gone by to talk to them, and was told the district manager would get in touch with me, hasn’t happened. Plus, honestly, I never went alone, as we were suspicious that there were people living in some of the units.
Very disappointing, Buyer Beware! So far, I can’t believe them.

Little confused how you can reserve a space that says it’s ready for me to come and then when I call to confirm I was told the last unit was sold to somebody else when I had it reserved for three days already. Not even an email notifying me the rental was gone.

STOP PUTTING YOUR TRASH STICKERS ON MY PROPERTY. Those locks are my property and not the property of Public Storage! I have removed them and if they are placed on my locks again I will be expecting reimbursement for locks I own since you clearly think you own them.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with the Property Manager Sebastian. He has gone above and beyond to help me downsize from a unit our family has had at this location for many years. He is extraordinarily helpful, available to answer questions and concerns and kind enough to lend a hand. The location currently is clean, carts are easily available and the app works perfectly. I was dreading dealing with this transition but Sebastian has made all of it feel possible. I applaud his extra efforts and dedication to excellent service. I am grateful for the help and the “no problem” attitude. My family cannot thank him enough. Public Storage is fortunate to have him.

I set up autopay and got charged 3 times in one month, I went to my storage office and was given the round around!! Call the 800 center and it was worst!! Moving out !!@ the end of the month!!!

My experience today was absolutely phenomenal. Shyann is truly a GEM her aura is unmatched and she is beyond helpful & kind ! I will definitely be going back and I to always run into her . Great Job Public Storage for hiring such an amazing person

My experience at Public Storage today was nothing short of amazing, the staff were very helpful. Yami personally took me on a tour to look at a unit to make sure it is the right size for my needs, he answered every question and made me feel comfortable about my decision.
