Steer clear, plenty of other options in the area. Whether it be the gate, the lights, or the elevator, something is always broken for weeks on end. Good luck finding anyone in the office too.

terrible employees and even worse customer service.with almost no notice, the price increased by 40%mice got into the unit and into my belongings.they make you pay for a non-refundable lock with low-level security features. (you can't use your own lock)they make you pay for garbage insurance.they make you sign away rights to sue them even if they are negligent and at fault for loss or damage to your property.

I don't rent at this facility, but the customer service given by Ms D. Was AMAZING.... I was in a rush, and she accommodated me in lightning speed given me all the details I need to know about storage and even helped me find a cheaper and closer location for my needs... THANKS DANIELLR....
