Location does not offer employer-requested drug tests, but you can't find that out by calling--there is no way to get to a real person on the phone to confirm with them. Nurse was polite, though.

Oh my god, Precious is a vampire. I didn’t feel the needle whatsoever. She was so good and fast. She also helped me with the registration and the appointment booking. Great experience

I am from out of state (Texas). I am
here on vacation and for a graduation. It just so happen that I needed my yearly labs done, so I had some time. No appt, just walked in. There was no wait. I have to give a HUGE SHOUTOUT to Leticia and Brittany. Got me on the first stick, they were very kind and we laughed and joked. I felt totally comfortable! Quest in Mansfield, Texas and Arlington, Texas, TAKE NOTE!!!!

The person who took care of me - Martha- was absolutely so nice and made me feel very much at ease. Her technique was great - it did not hurt at all. I have to do the blood test every 3 to 6 months and I always get nervous. She was great!!!

I googled the nearest Quest to 3445 Berekely St in Alexandria. It should have been a 5 minute drive per WAZE. I drove around for more than 20 minutes because no where on the website was the crucial piece of information that Quest was inside the Safeway next to the Pharmacy. I finally asked someone on the service road on King St, who told me where it was, as WAZE was informing me I'd arrived at my destination. With that said, I must compliment both of the techs in the testing center. Both were super friendly and helpful. 5 Stars to the staff! Boo to the directions on the website. Zero stars

Marta was extremely helpful. She helped me check in, and then made sure all my insurance was inputted on her form. She was friendly and efficient, having to be both receptionist, since Quest doesn't staff them, and lab tech. But she fulfilled both roles admirably!

In general I’ve had good service here but I especially wanted to call out Precious (yes indeed Precious) for her outstanding service which should be above 5. She has better bedside manners that most doctors and she is kind and attentive. Thank you Precious!
P.s. the only reason I gave 4 out of 5 is because Quest billing department’s service is not good and already twice they have overcharged… so a heads up to all. Only pay what your insurance says you owe not the haphazard bill they send you. I was billed over $400 whereas it should have been $65 and I accidentally paid it and I had to go through my insurance customer service to finally get it back! Another time very recently they sent me a bill for over $300 whereas it should have been $45. And their billing customer service never gets back to you to resolve the issue.
But Precious’ service is fantastic. Thank you!

I had a scheduled appt later that day, but walked in as I needed to get it done earlier. I was seen within 45 mins even though there were patients there with scheduled appts. The person who attended to me was professional, and pleasant.

It was very difficult to find the location as it didn’t mention it was inside SafeWay in the google maps do I kept going in circles & eventually found out was inside Safeway from asking neighbouring shops.
As I was waiting in the reception the lady doctor who is from African origin like me didn’t greet me she literally just walked up to me and said can i have your doctors request in which i responded with “Good morning” and then gave her the papers… She was very minimal in sharing information with me about my concerns I had to keep asking her to elaborate & give me options… maybe she was having a bad day or whatever but so was I. So lets not pit it out on each other.
Other than that, the wait time was great seeing I was a walk-in & the male doctor who took my blood was amazing. It was the smoothest withdraw of blood I’ve ever had. I didn’t feel anything! He was great in general to be honest.

The Quest location on King St (inside the Safeway) is an exceptional location. The staff is friendly, efficient and professional. The location is clean and convenient and the wait time is minimal.

Technician was professional, clean, quick and painless even though I have thin veins. (Several hospital phlebotomists have poked me multiple times to get blood).
