Prepare to WAITTT. There is zero reason to schedule an appointment because the staff doesn’t abide by the times. If you’re like me you’ll have a 10am appointment and be seen by 11:30am. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION and I recommend to choose somewhere else.

Cannot/refuses to pull lab requests from Epic, or MyChart, or anything doctor offices and hospitals use. Have to take screenshots on phone of lab requests and email them to nurse's personal email. Refuse to send lab results back to Doctor/providers. Limited hours. Nobody picks up phone. Local phone number listed gets transfered to central office somewhere out of state. Person who picks up disavows any knowledge of what is going on, aby labwork done, etc. Nurses do not visibly wash hands, gospel music blasted loudly.

Horrible experience. If only I could give zero stars! The lab techs are nice but this is the worst place to go if you want your test results posted to your myquest website in a somewhat timely fashion. I am still waiting for lab results of basic CBC test results that were taken over two weeks ago. I've sent two separate emails requesting these results and silence, no response. I will not use Quest Diagnostics again and I've told my doctors the same. Any future orders will be going to LabCorp whom I've had a much better experience.

I have made several visits to this convenient Quest location in the past few months. Each time the experience has been excellent. The staff is always welcoming, efficient and professional.

My go-to lab for blood work. Outstanding staff and hardly any wait time for walk-ins. If you get there when they open, they will usually take care of you within 15 minutes. And the phlebotomists are amazing. They never have any problem finding my difficult veins and their work is quick and painless. And my results are always available to me in less than 24 hours. Highly recommended!

Just reaching someone on the phone or even use the auto-scheduler means sitting through a dissertation for each menu option. It's designed to make you hang up in frustration.

Never again! We waited for an hour after our appointment time in the waiting room before being told they could not find our doctors order on their wonky computer system. The staff was incredibly slow and customer service was strange and unprofessional.

Marie and her coworker are very nice! They treat you very well while you're there. Easy walk in process and they get to you very quickly. Never waited more than 15 minutes always in and out.

Hunter B is the best phlebotomist in the world, hands down. I've had him twice and I am a big fan. I get lots of bloodwork done, and I am always thrilled to see him poke his head out of the back and call my name.Quest is my doctors' preferred service, so they send the order digitally and I just sign in and make an appointment. The only problem is the website doesn't show what orders have been sent in, so I don't know when making the appointment what the exact test type is, but the staff have never had an issue with that.This location is at the back of the Safeway, and there's plenty of parking. The roads nearby are a bit of a maze if you've never been here before, but trust your GPS and you should be fine.

Made appointment early Saturday morning, showed up for it 90 minutes later to find this hand written sign saying they were closed. The system never should have allowed me to make an appointment if the location was closed. Poor customer service and poor spelling. Sent a message to customer service and never received a response. I won’t trust them with my lab work.

Exactly the same experience as someone from 4 months ago: I drove here to find out the doors are locked & a note posted, “system is down”. No call people to let me know the appointment was canceled. Find another location!

Drove here to find out the doors are locked & a note posted, “system is down”. At least call people to tell them their appointment is canceled. I hope I don’t get billed for this. What a waste of my time off from work. This place should be more considerate of other peoples time. Also trying to find this wasn’t easy. Beware it’s located inside of the grocery store which I find odd.
