The service here is horrible. I got a full set from the older lady and two days later two of my nails broke. I wouldn't recommend going here.

I came to get a classic pedicure with french tip at the Richmond Hwy location. The paint was not polished well and was too thick with no precision. After a few toes were painted, I pulled out a picture to show the white tip was too thick & asked if I could have the white tip thinned out (as this was regular polish & all she had to do was use acetone to reduce it). The technician shook her head and said no. As you can see in the picture, it looks like I did this myself. I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1 star, as I only had to wait 15 minutes for my service although I didn’t have an appointment which wasn’t bad.

Yes, it is only a basic manicure, but it should not look like the polish was spread thick and then thin on some parts of the nails. Looks like it is chipped already on the bottom. I just got the manicure today ,
4/26. Didn't notice it until I got home and look at nails under good sunshine natural light.

I was looking for a place to get a pedicure after work on a Sunday, knowing that everything. CLosed at 5 or 6.. I arrived at 6:20 because they still had occupants inside, and they let me get my pedicure way after hours….. I was in. Desperate Needs !!!.. Tina took real good care of me ..Services: Manicure

Let me first say I enjoyed coming to this location to get a pedicure. Ken has been my pedicurist and does great work! He provides good service in the care and maintenance of my feet and in recognition of his care, I tip atleast 10.00 each time to acknowledge my appreciation. This feedback is based on a recent visit on Friday and the unexpected $7 increase from 63.00 to 70.00 for the exact same services received on a monthly basis. To say the cost will be 70.00 because of the callous on the feet from 2 months and the SPA treatment process is still the same as the previous visit in Nov 2022, I felt as though he was taking advantage. My concern is if Ken did this to me how many other customers current or future is he subjecting the high prices for pedicures with SPA treatment.Services: Spa services

Very horrible service. They don't take their time and don't listen. I had to come home and file my nails again to make them look good. Powder thick on nails like pancakes. I'm not going there againService: Dip powder
