I walked-in on a busy Friday evening; they fit me in and we’re so gracious! Great service. The technician was meticulous and provided a great pedicure. Would absolutely come again & recommend to others. It’s a cozy, bright, and clean space with very nice staff. Prices were affordable and fair.

My nails looks great, unfortunately ended up with cuts on almost every finger that were painful and swollen for days after.

These ladies are excellent. Went 3 different times 3 different operators. ALL GOOD. Prices good too. Don’t know ??♀️ why they’re always empty but works for me.

Spent $70 (plus tip) on a gel mani, but the extensions did not last 2 weeks. Also they didn't shape the nails very well. Several of them had bumps and lips, and they weren't symmetrical or straight. They offered to fix the nails, but I shouldn't have to spend 1.5 hours a week in the salon for nails that I spent that much money on, especially when I don't know how long they'll last.Services: Nail extensions

I visited Cozy Nails for the first time just over a week ago for a gel manicure. I was hoping to love it, but was disappointed with the finished product. The technician didn’t spend a lot of time shaping my nails (I had requested almond), leaving them uneven and the surface was bumpy. When I asked her to refile one, she did it quickly and didn’t take the time to understand what I wanted changed. My gel manicures usually last 2.5+ weeks, but were chipping/cracking after just over a week. I probably would have tried again, but when I checked out, I had already venmoed the technician for a tip when she repeatedly asked how I was planning to tip. I wouldn’t recommend.Services: Manicure

Amazing nail salon!!! I got a pedicure and they accommodated me right away even though I didn’t have an appointment. This was hands down the best pedicure I’ve had in years! It has a scrub, hot stone massage, and my pedicurist took her time and was so detail oriented. I don’t even live in the neighborhood but I’ll make the drive to go back!

Small salon with limited color selection. I have been there three times and I would say service is average. One down side is they charge $20 to remove gel- unbelievable- when all other salons charge $8-10. Will not return, as there are many other local salons that do a better job.

Fantastic- they were so kind to squeeze me in for a gel mani without an appointment. Was in and out in 35 mins and they did a thorough and great job!

Place was nice enough, but it is all about the upcharge. Went in for a gel manicure which was $35, the usual price for the Alexandria area. I was charged $5 extra to soak off the gel I already had on - most salons don't charge for that, but oh well, I agreed. The manicurist hovered over me trying to "help" me pick a color from the rack on the wall - I had to tell her that I could pick a color myself. I came back with two colors, one for the base and a different one for the top (had a few sparkles in it for new year's eve). Once the manicure started, the manicurist told me there would be a $10 upcharge to apply the second color - say what?? I asked her why and she said she didn't know and I should ask the owner, so I did. The answer was I would need a third coat - 2 coats of the first color and one of the second. I have had probably hundreds of manicures and never once have I been charged for a third coat. In fact, most places usually just offer. When I objected, she said ok $5. I still declined. What probably cost 5 cents in materials was worth more to her than customer satisfaction and a possible repeat visit, and the risk of a bad review. clearly she has enough customers to not care about one more, but that kind of petty, honestly cheap behavior means I won't be one of them. There are so many options in Old Town - will try someone else next or go back to places I've been many times already.Service: Manicure

Had a lovely experience here! Amazing attention to detail to make sure my nails looked perfect and were so welcoming and pleasant. Weren’t in a rush but took the whole 45 minutes for a great gel manicure. Salon is clean, bright, cozy and doesn’t smell of toxic nail polish fumes (like many nail salons do). And cheaper than anything else I’ve found in the area. Happy to have found my local go-to!

I had a wonderful experience at Cozy. The space was welcoming, very clean, and relaxing (no loud TV or people on their phones). I also loved the professionalism and timeliness. The mani and spa pedicure that I had were exactly what I needed—well done and my nails look beautiful. I’ll certainly be a return customer.
