Absolutely terrible experience. The staff were extremely disrespectful and lacked basic manners. The entire place was filthy and poorly maintained. The floors were covered in dust, and the rooms were full of stains, dirt, and trash. Nothing was in its proper place. It was clear there was no management or organization at all. I don't pay membership to buy in your store. You see me paying at the register,
why you search the Honest Customers to do so? Do that with the thief people. I work very hard for my money. I decided to spend some of it in your store, now I preffer to buy online not any more in your stores. Bye bye ROSS you good luck with your goals....

I have always enjoyed shopping at Ross, but my recent experience has left me reconsidering my choice. Jasmine, one of the cashiers, was incredibly rude during my visit. Her attitude was unprofessional and unpleasant, which significantly detracted from my shopping experience. Despite my long-standing preference for Ross, Jasmine's behavior has made me hesitant to return. Customer service is crucial, and unfortunately, this encounter fell short of the standard I expect.

BEWARE OF ROACHES!!!! I was looking for a new overnight bag or small rolling suitcase and I found a Mickey Mouse one and when I turned it around to look at the other side A ROACH WAS CHILLING ON IT!!! It didn't even try to run when it saw me! It was comfortable!!! I dropped the bag and it crawled off

accident at ross store in virginiagood evening, I feel outraged, today I suffered an accident in one of your fitting rooms at your store in Virginia since the floor was wet, which caused a fracture in my hand, bruises on my body, general pain apart from material damage and that none of you could provide help at any time and I was a victim of racism and indifference on the part of two workers and that no one called me to see my state of health
