The manager is badly moral and they have a worker with his white beard, the worst factor I have met in my life. Imagine that they are closing 00:00. I came ten minutes before that. I bought two products and then I rushed to pay you. That worker leaves me to complete the purchase on the pretext that they closed and it was very rude and rude. Imagine 00:02 and they did not leave me to pay the purchases...

I have had all positive experiences at this pharmacy -- so much so that I transferred all my medications from another pharmacy to this one. The staff are courteous, kind, and professional. Usually, there isn't a line when I go, but when there is a line, it goes quickly.

Just got off what used to be "our next door pharmacy" at 3526 King St., Alexandria, VA 22302 -with all our meds on autorefill. I asked for a daily blood med -Warfarin- that I ran out of and they neither filled nor alerted me that the doctor need to refill. At this point it's not great but it happens, the annoying part that the pharmasist REFUSED to give me two days supply !?

I had the worst experience a few days ago. With the night managerOn a Thursday night. I buy a lot of alcohol from Safeway. For reunions and Christmas parties and the past thanksgiving for my teamwork. I heard the manager at night. He is a white guyGray hairs. Always wearing a grey and burgundy. He was chatting with the other coworkers about the regular āAlcoholics of the storeā saying āsheās a regularā multiple times. That was very sad to hear. Definitely not appropriate!!!

Excellent customer service and they took me as a walk-in for vaccines when other places wouldn't. When they ran out of pfizer the pharmacist personally called me the next week when it arrived and me and my husband came right over

Made appointment for vaccines, very easy to do online, was served exactly at my appointment time, by quick efficient folks. Plenty of parking in a covered deck, nice feature when raining.

Despite receiving a ready for pick up text a few hours prior, they gave my prescription away. The prescription is on back order and is very difficult to get. They told me they were calling the person they gave it to to see if she had injected the medication yet to bring it back??? Uhhh what?The pharmacy tech was very friendly but the pharmacist wasnāt apologetic AT ALL and was talking to me from her computer in the back- I told her multiple times I couldnāt hear her. She continued to speak to me from the back and was very unprofessional. I get mistakes happen, but an apology from the person who made it goes a very long way.

So pleased with the pharmacy. You can get pharmacist or assisted on the phone and they proactive abut keeping in touch. They are kind and patient and usually 0-1 person ahead of you .Also their prices are great for most drugs,especially if you use GoodRx ,etc

Who likes getting shots? No one. And I just got a TON in preparation for upcoming travel. The pharmacist and team were timely, communicative, knowledgeable, patient, courteous and friendly. A surprisingly pleasant experience.
