This is our pretty much go to Safeway because it is close to where we live and we know the people and it's clean and they have what we need sometimes they run out of things that I need so I have to shop a different Safeway but I know everybody inside there because we've been going to this one about five or six years now

Mary Ann was awesome in the Floral Department, great customer service and attention to detail. Her expertise, pleasant, and helpful manner made my Saturday morning. She made for an excellent Safeway experience!

6/28/22 around 1:30pm at self check out and needed assistance waited a long time and no one was around to assist. Approached to customer service lady was busy with a client and ignored me. I got her attention and told me supervisor is on conference call. There was already a long line at self check out people waiting to get assistance. No assistance at all until one lady from registrar came over. No manager on duty very disappointed.

This Safeway is a little rundown, it has a Starbucks inside which is nice. Their produce selection is not always great either. It is convenient though.

Ordered grocery pick-up on 4/11 for same day pick-up between 3-8. I received a text saying my order was ready. I showed up at 4pm and tried to check in via the message link provided and it said technical difficulties were being had. So I called the number on the parking sign to tell them I had arrived - No one answered. Called 4 more times with no answer. So I called the store - it directed me to the store's customer service desk. The line rang and rang. Eventually someone picked up and immediately hung up the phone. This happened 2 times. I had a sleeping child in the car which is why I did not go into the store. After roughly 45 mins, I called Safeway's main customer service number and canceled my order for a refund. Maybe this is an isolated event, but I do not recommend and learned my lesson.

Good selection, friendly staff. Definitely need to clean and update their restroom. There was pee everywhere and I had to leave before I could finish shopping because my daughter need the restroom but I didn't want her to get hepatitis from the toilet.

Good food and products but most of the staff could not answer questionsabout the hot food. Don't go in the evening as it is always busy and notenough cashiers. There are long lines that take forever and of course, they close the self-checkouts to make it even better for us customers who have nothing better to than stand in line!

I've been here since it's close to home many different times and each time I come there is some kind of fruit that is moldy. This time my hubby brought apples home and didn't check the bag really well and one was cut and molded on the inside. We had to throw at least 3 away. The 4 for $20 meat selection is pretty good sometimes. Things are easy to find and the store is clean other than the fruit issue.

So far I haven't had any issues with food from this location. However, I love buying fresh flowers. Today I bought a bouquet that looked fresh until I go it home. Cut the wrapping off and the stems were dead and petals begin to fall off most of the stems. They were withered and staring to mildew. This is the second bunch I've bought and the first bunch I bought a few weeks ago was starting to die as well. The floral department needs to check the flowers after they've sat in those buckets of water. I was really disappointed and just tossed the whole bouquet. I'll buy them from Wegmans going forward.

Didn't have the item I was looking for in stock even though the website showed it in stock. Then waited for 15 minutes at the Starbucks counter for the attendant to come and asking a supervisor to page the Starbucks server. I just left empty handed on both accounts ? I won't be going back with that level of customer service ?

I bought a box of organic grapes on December 1. I got around to eating them on 4 December. I could not see a best by date on them But it seems to me they should have been a little fresher than they were even after three days. I had to throw about half of them away. I just moved into the neighborhood and this is a convenient store but not if the food isn’t good.. I also bought some chocolate covered almonds that were quite mediocre.
