This review is for the Operations Center employee that called me today. So last night I applied for an account online. After verifying my identity (via SSA/IRS) and linking my checking account for the deposits, I surely did not anticipate the call I received from Amber Burton, who identified as a fraud agent. However, I received a denial email from Amber Burton Sales Contact Center. Nonetheless, Ms. Burton requested that I go into a branch and have them to copy my license and social security card and email it to her. I asked if the email is secured because I do not want my credentials sent on a unsecured server, not to mention it is unlawful to keep copies of driver's license and social security cards. Needless to say, I am now inconvenienced with having to go in person to a branch to open an account. I am an immobile senior who does not get around easily. If this experience is a sign or indication of me being inconvenienced by employees of this bank, I will keep my money where it is.

Great service, professional and attentive banking staff. The only drawback to this location is the difficulty in finding parking. No drive-thru at this location.
