I am new to this area and needed to file my taxes, so I found Sea Tax on google. I was gravitated by their exceptional reviews and loyal customers. As many of the other reviews stated, it was a bit of a wait to be seen, but it was well worth it! I arrived at 10:15 am with hopes I would beat the crowd, but there were people already waiting (given it was April 12th), making me roughly 5th in line. The receptionists were very respectful and gave me updates when asked. I was seen by 4pm and was assisted by Nelson. He explained my situation and helped me get my max refund. Everyone was personable, helpful, and respectful. I will definitely use them in the future!

Please avoid this location. Extremely unorganized and unprofessional, they do not offer appointments and do a poor job at enforcing “first come first serve” system. I came here on 2/2/23 and feel like I wasted my time. After sitting and waiting to even get called on and seeing them take people that arrived after I did, I left (they didn’t even notice).
