Sometimes you have a problem and you happen to run into the person who takes the time to make it right. Miguel is that guy. I pulled in with a total flat. He put some air in the tire. We found the leak. He wasn't sure it would work, but he plugged it and I was on my way. Enough said!

I'm new in town and needed a safety and emissions inspection. When I called, Jay was super friendly, so I chose to go there. They advised me to come early in the morning, as it's first-come-first-served. They did a thorough inspection, found a broken tail light, fixed it inexpensively and were also able to fix a broken trunk latch. Friendly and fast!

I regret ever coming here for an inspection and recommend no one else either.

For the past three years I've taken my vehicles to this business for major and minor service. Each time, Jay and his staff have not only sincerely greeted me, but explained what services they were providing and let me know how to get better deals. Best service on this side of Alexandria I've worked with.

So tired of these gas stations having ANY open time on their websites knowing they don’t open till later. their website or maps say 5-6am and then on the door a small paper listing the hours. Just too unprofessional.

Jay and Miguel at the Old Town Shell are fast friendly and fair.

Very rude lady cashier ask for restroom key and she was so disrespectful I’m not going back again and I will not recommend to any Uber driver to go there
