Car wash staff are great, but I cannot say the same about the gas station clerks who seem to always look annoyed with customers. However, the gas pumps are always available and there’s no heavy crowds or lines of people waiting to pump gas. Crowds at the pump are rare. It’s also spacious as well, which can make waiting more tolerable.

Meh.... I don't really know how I feel about the car wash I received. My brother in law got his car detailed from Yates and was raving about how great of a job they did. I came by and decided to get the the top dog $40~ car wash to try them out. My car was fairly clean but just needed a thorough wash and wipe. The automated car wash was terrifying. They pile cars in and its very low visibility once you're inside. I've been to plenty of car washes but this was the first time I felt uneasy sitting through one. Once I was through, I parked my car so they could clean the inside and took a seat at the nearby bench. They signaled me over once they were done and I asked if they cleaned the trunk. He said they did but I didn't see them open it once. I opened it to check and that's when one of them said "I can't clean it if you have bags in your trunk" ..... Understood but you can just ask me to remove them and I will just like I did when he pointed it out.... They half assed the trunk cleaning and sent me on my way. The car was definitely surface cleaned but that's about it. They did the job but I was expecting more. Once I got home, I noticed all the steaks on my windshield, my screen and my dash. They also didn't move the two small items in my back seat and seemed to have just "cleaned" around it. The outside was flawless but the inside was not up to par.

Hello Yates kingstowne car wash I am so happy to be a customer of yours. The best car wash services. Nathaaiel is the best with the customer and my services. I come all the way from Washington DC to come out here and like I said Nathaaiel and the services are the best. I advice anyone to come to this place and him (Nathaaiel) for detailing and more.

DO NOT take your car to Yates Carwash in Alexandria, VA without taking pictures each time you visit! They damaged my car and will not own up to it! The Genera Manager completed an incident report, stated he would investigate and review their video and get back to me. After a month of calling, emailing and stopping by Yates, I STILL have not received a report on the results of his investigation. Seems to me the video must have proved Yates damaged my car. Most businesses would quickly respond and provide proof if they did not damage someone's property. The estimate to repair is over $1100! BEWARE!!

It's signature car wash is the best car wash in the whole Northern Virginia area. Employees are always so friendly and do an excellent job cleaning my car. They clean my car as if they were cleaning their own car. Thank you thank you thank you!!!

I picked up our 5 year old Subaru outback today fro Yates Kingstowne Car wash, and it looks brand new. Incredible service- Nathaniel walked me through all the detail options. Nana, who detailed our car, did an amazing job! The attention to detail was incredible. I will definitly be coming back! Thanks - John

Was new to the vicinity, and didn't really expect to stumble upon the perfect car washing service at the first gas station I stopped by for a refill and car wash. The service was really good and professional. They worked on both the exterior and interior with utmost care and detail. Awesome customer service! My car looked fresh and ready for the rest of my road trip after they finished with it. Totally recommendable!

They did a great job on the car. The service was terrible. The staff repeatedly told me I did not have an appointment even after showing them my confirmation. The staff then told me the price I was quoted was wrong because the website was wrong. And then they said that even though the website said the service I had agreed to would take 90 minutes, that they would need my car all day. The entire time I was being told this the staff was rude and dismissive of my questions. Not sure if I will be returning to this establishment. Hopefully the one on Braddock Road reopens.

I just got back from a road trip, so I Needed my car cleaned. I bought the Yates Signature wash for $43. I probably should have paid to have my car hand washed because the automatic car wash didn't get everything off. The person who dried and cleaned the inside of my car did a great job. I would visit again.
