The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Shoutout to TJ, though, because he made the experience 1000x better!! His friendly attitude made it a pleasure to work with him. Even though we had to wait a bit since everybody was busy, he came right over and greeted us with a smile once he was available. Everything went smoothly, and his amiable demeanor made our trip not seem like the chore it was. Hassan was also a nice assistance. They are valuable assets to T-Mobile :)

I meant to write this a while ago when my mom and I had visited but forgot about it until now. We were having trouble with our phones and wanted to upgrade, Sergio and TJ (I think) were the ones to help us and while I wouldn't say Sergio isn't the bubbly/friendly type of customer service, I would say he knew what he was doing and helped my mom and I get done most of what we needed, he and the other staff even stayed a bit after closing to help us finish what needed to get done, and then pointed us to other resources when they couldn't help us (switching account owners). I mention this because I saw the previous review and while I could kiiiiiiiiinda see where that person might be coming from, I don't think I agree with it. From my experience with Sergio - he seems to be the type of person that will definitely help you if he can but if you act unreasonable or belligerent, he's not the type to roll over and take it. When my mom got upset because Sprint (who merged with T-Mobile and took over the accounts) was not truthful because it turned out the phones we paid for was leased and we didn't actually own it, Sergio responded calmly and we were able to get the issue fixed.Also, thank you to TJ who helped us! I'm pretty sure he was new-ish and while he didn't know everything, he made sure to ask other coworkers who worked there longer to answer our questions, I appreciate him doing all he could to help us! He didn't beat around the bush and was direct but also was very polite with his words, I asked him a bunch of questions because I didn't really understand how this all works and he had a great customer service attitude through it all! I was anxious to go into the store bc that's the type of person I am but I came with my mom bc I didn't want people to be rude to her since she doesn't speak English fluently so thank you to both for taking care of us :)

This particular location helped me because my original store was closed an hour earlier than posted. This store helped me with a billing issue that my location messed up. They were fast and helpful.

I have been with sprint for more than 20 years and have been a very loyal customer, their customer service was superb until T-Mobile took over and then we experienced a problem. The manager(Sergio) at 6550 Little River Tpke , Alexandria, VA 22312 was being very rude to me and did not act like a professional manager. His attitude represents the level of professionalism of the company. Otherwise he should not be hired. I'm thinking to switch carrier.

Tommy was super helpful and polite. I was on a time crunch and he was able to be speedy and professional. He help me set up my new phone without me feeling rush, l didn’t feel like a customer but more like a friend.Very friendly.Would definitely recommend asking him for help when you’re there. :)

Terrible customer service at this particular location. Tommy is a disaster. He always has an excuse for everything. I came in to upgrade for a phone and Tommy gave me a variety of reasons why he couldn't help me right away. I waiting over two hours to get help. As I observe the potential customers that came in, the interactions with the sales reps was atrocious. I'm not sure who trains these guys, but they have zero customer service skills. Tommy does not acknowledge customers and the store manager is no better. Will take my business somewhere else.
