Had a great experience, wife was looking for a new office chair. Jaime offers assistance and insight. He was also very helpful in our purchasing a new laptop and monitor. However the monitor was defective and we returned it the next day and he helped find a comparative one. Thanks Jaime for the help.

I’ve never been charged an expedited fee for something I didn’t request to be expedited. I wanted two pages laminated. They had me drop them off and come back to pick them up later. Never ever told me that the normal turnaround time was more than 24hrs. It took them a few hrs to get ready which was really an inconvenient amount of time to wait in the area then had the nerve to charge me an expediting fee. I would’ve much rather come back the next day then trying to find stuff to fill my time while I waited for 3hrs. I told the lady she should have told me upfront she was expediting and she didn’t care at all.
Don’t trust this center. Deliberately deceptive.

I needed 480 menus printed TODAY, and D'Andre made it happen. This was done easily, with cheer, and faster than I was promised. This kind of help really makes life better and and I am very thankful for his assistance!

Never thought I’d write a review of Staples but I visit this store at Mount Vernon Plaza so often and I always leave impressed. Most often, I go to take advantage of the self printing offerings. For the past few years as I use my favorite printer (haha) I watch the team interact with other customers. And they are consistently patient, kind and helpful. The printers are well maintained and the area is always clean. Same goes for the rest of the store and the staff that floats and helps me find what I need. The GM is great too.

The store staff were very helpful when I was in process of recycling my old, non-functioning printer and obsolete ink cartridges. They really listened to my needs, and I was happy to purchase a new printer from that store.

Staff has no concept of urgency, multitasking or customers first. Stood in line forever while "customer service" and the one cashier on duty slow-walked tasks until I abandoned my purchases and left. See ya, wouldn't wanna be ya.

I checked their website for pricing and product availability for this Staples location beforehand. I was frustrated to discover their in-store pricing was up to 4x more expensive than their online prices for identical items. I selected this store address and in-store pickup options. This did not change their online prices to match the store. I showed this to the cashier on my smartphone. At first, he was resistant to price matching. He asked me "Are these identical items?" He had me zoom in further on the product details so he could confirm. Next, we needed to wait for his manager to come over and apply the price match override. He had me repeat the confirmation on my phone with the manager before proceeding with the price match. This redundancy and lack of trust in his employees is a waste of time. The manager didn't say much and got it done. They are very familiar with their in-store pricing being significantly more expensive than their website. Price matching should be a faster, smoother process. This took more of everyone's time than it should have. Thankfully there was nobody behind me in line and their inventory was correct.
