Staff has no concept of urgency, multitasking or customers first. Stood in line forever while "customer service" and the one cashier on duty slow-walked tasks until I abandoned my purchases and left. See ya, wouldn't wanna be ya.

I checked their website for pricing and product availability for this Staples location beforehand. I was frustrated to discover their in-store pricing was up to 4x more expensive than their online prices for identical items. I selected this store address and in-store pickup options. This did not change their online prices to match the store. I showed this to the cashier on my smartphone. At first, he was resistant to price matching. He asked me "Are these identical items?" He had me zoom in further on the product details so he could confirm. Next, we needed to wait for his manager to come over and apply the price match override. He had me repeat the confirmation on my phone with the manager before proceeding with the price match. This redundancy and lack of trust in his employees is a waste of time. The manager didn't say much and got it done. They are very familiar with their in-store pricing being significantly more expensive than their website. Price matching should be a faster, smoother process. This took more of everyone's time than it should have. Thankfully there was nobody behind me in line and their inventory was correct.

Ordered return labels online with 48 hr processing time. After 48 hrs the store called to tell me they did not have the labels to process the order and asked if I could wait an additional 4 days.I asked if any other staples could process it today and they told me probably not because it is so late. They would not call another store to coordinate. They just told me to take a refund and try to book online through another store. I asked if the other stores could end up waiting until the time of fulfillment to inform me they are unable. I was told that unfortunately this is the way they do business.I would not order anything from their print centers as there is no guarantee they will fulfill any order by the time promised. Hopefully this helps anyone else from experiencing the same problem.

Older guy who runs the copy center (may run other areas) provides horrible customer service. Main lady was nice but there was no concept of assisting the customer. They were talking about something while I was just waiting there for my pickup - I couldn't believe the plain dismissal of a customer. If I didn't say "excuse me" to the people just blank staring at me I would've never gotten my poster. Couldn't believe it

It’s hit or miss depending what you need.Do not go here for cables. They have a small selection and everything is overpriced. DisplayPort cable $40+ it’s absolutely ridiculous, they’re $10 on Amazon with same day delivery.

Even after requesting assistance with a simple Happy Return transaction from a cashier with no customers, I was directed to wait on staff in the copy & print section with a long line. The young man called staff to assist a lady so I'm not sure why the same couldn't have been done in my case. In busier areas, it makes more sense to provide additional staff to assist customers.

The worst! The store is supposed to open at 9am. At 930 there was a line of people waiting outside. Employees finally start coming in at 945 and they still asked us to keep waiting outside until they were ready to open, which was another 10 minutes. I had one picture to print, was told it would 8 hours smh. Customer service was horrible. They didn't have the cash register open.

This place is a mess. Empty, disorganized shelves, dirty carpet. Looks more like a going out of business mom and pop store than a big box chain store.

We needed programs printed for my aunts funeral, along with a large blown up and mounted photo for display. I called and spoke to them and they told me what I needed to do. I submitted at 10pm on Wednesday night and it was ready by 1 on on Thursday. Not only did the print them but folded them all beautifully. While it was a basic job, they came through at an emotional time when we needed accuracy and a quick turnaround. I am grateful for their professionalism and highly recommend them.

Staples has everything that you need for every office. They have extra goodies as well. There clearance section is great too! I enjoy my time there. The workers are extremely helpful. I prefer going to them even though there is an office supply store closer.

Worst customer ever service at the copier, fax center by the 2 reps working the desk. 10/12@6:25pm, I kept getting error messenges while attempting to use the fax machine. When I ask the reps about what could be causing the failure since I was using the correct fax number, they both gave me a blank look and said they were not familiar with using the fax machine.One of them told me there was an operation guide on the side of the machine I could use.They were no help, and i just waited $14 on a non working fax machine.
