Ellenie, the customer service representative who oversees the cashier, is truly exceptional! While we were waiting for our car inspection, she kindly invited us inside, offered complimentary coffee, and made sure we were comfortable, especially with the heat outside. Her thoughtful and welcoming attitude made a real difference—what a wonderful way to start the day!

travis is the BEST my car literally shut off and he helped me start it right then in there trying out a plethora of ways. he didn’t give up on my car and i literally love him for that. LOVE YOU TRAV

Good Evening, this review is for Kyle, I have to give Kyle some love here because he saved me, and made sure that I made it back to my Athletes. I’m an Assistant Coach for Special Olympics Virginia. The morning of Saturday, 9/16. All 4 of my tires had 22 low pressure. Every Coaches worst nightmare especially when you are transporting athletes. I almost missed out on Soccer practice that day because my tires needed air. I was rushing that day, by the grace of God there was no other cars ahead of me. The first person I saw was Kyle. He saved me that day, and told me to go back to my athletes. He was very kind, polite, nice, awesome, and took care of me in a pinch! I must’ve complimented him like 20 times. He was amazing, he was just great! He is worthy of this review.Thank you Kyle!!!! ??

Wish there were 0 stars as an option. I pulled up with a flat tire and was told they don't repair electric car tires. Drove 1 mile on a flat to someone else. They won't be seeing my gas guzzling Shelby anymore.

All the employees working here are always so kind and respectful! They have a very professionally run shop based on what I’ve seen and experienced this far, although, I should mention, I have not yet had paid car work done here. They have always been great with either their free air pump for tires or if the shop is quiet, assisting customers with a free tire top off. The store is always well stocked, pumps in good working order (w/Apple Pay!!!), complimentary windshield cleaning squeegees, complimentary tire inflator & more! They even had (regular) gas throughout the shortage! I imagine this was due too the top tier management I’ve seen up there most every time I’m there.
