failed my emissions because the inspector stated it need 4 converters and that it only has 2 so i called the chevy dealer and they stated that only 2 come with the vehicle from factory and yet i go again to tell them the facts now im being told that there not even the original converters this place is scam dont waste your time and go there

I just can’t say enough good things about the excellent repair service I have received. My car had a strange (to me) problem. It drove well until it had to stop for a red traffic signal. Then it overheated within a few seconds. The wonderful mechanics fixed it. When it happened again the next day, they applied a different fix, didn’t charge me anything, and said to bring it back if I continued to have problems. I was treated respectfully and without any comments that I was exaggerating the issue. It will be where I take my five vehicles for repairs from now on.

I have lived in Alexandria for over 15 years. Have been to this business for inspections for many years. I have always thought that these 2 guys had a fair business going. Not till today after having bad customer service and disrespectful people. Steve the sole called owner doesn’t know how to speak to customers. He was very rude. I was trying to explain to him why was my inspection rejected over something so small. Not because there was a problem with my car but because I have clear covers on my tags and my tints. I have a medical form that states I can have it. Instead of him asking me to show him. he rejected my car. so I when to another inspection. showed the gentleman my info online because I didn’t have the printout and passed my inspection.talking to Steve was a waste of time. He doesn’t listen and pretty much made me feel that because I’m a female Hispanic and his american I mean nothing. I will never do business with there again.

Nasty, rude, unsympathetic people. Single mother stuck with a baby late in the middle of night due to a completely popped tire and they keep pressing to move the car away from the pump. They weren’t even busy. They rather me damage my car further instead of wait a couple minutes for my tire to be replaced when there were plenty other pumps available.

I took my car in for the emissions inspection. It failed and the technician checked it out and found that it would cost more to fix the problem than the car was worth. I appreciate the honesty and fairness.

Do not I repeat do not go to this gas station…. They are racist. I was rushed by one of the dude that worked there . I was sitting in my car getting detections to my next location. As he is sitting there cursing and yelling . So I shut my door he Proceeded to try to open my door and started beating on my window. All over me sitting there getting detections. So don’t go there . Don’t spend your hard earned money with a bunch of people who don’t deserve it

This gas station ⛽️ always has a line in the morning because it does Virginia state inspections, emissions testing and free air for your tires. It's also right next to the 7/11 where everyone is getting coffee and food.
