I was there to deposit my 2 checks and some cash. After waiting 10 minutes, I was called by teller. I clearly told Casher I have 2 checks and $270 cash to deposit. I made sure and counted my cash twice at home before going to bank. Teller counts and told me, I only have $ 243 cash, I said please count again, she did and said it is only $243. I requested her to run the cash through the cash counting machine. After all, She said, okay you have $270 because you had a lot of &1 bills. What is that, $1 is not a money to deposit or, bank does not provide proper cash handling training to their staff.Very disappointed and worst experience ever. Loosen my trust with this bank teller even I have a account with this Trust Bank(SunTrust) since 2015.

I've had my account with SunTrust for over 40 years, I've elected to close all relationships with SunTrust as we have had a myriad of problems which are unbelievable! Their staff both online and in the branches are incompetent and the customer service lacking big time. The straw that broke the camel's back so to speak was a check for about $1,500 which deposited at teller would not show as deposited. It showed as a pending credit. No one could tell us why that was nor what that meant till today the manager said that if we didn't come in to withdraw it today the credit would disappear and we would lose the money. This is not the first time it happened! Stay away from Teller connect machines as well, if you have and choose to keep an account do in person transactions only. Teller connect often fails or unpredictability runs out of money in the middle of a transaction leaving you/us out to dry and have to prove ourselves, a challenge that can take a long time, even if the machine didn't give you a dollar! Stay away!

Do not bank with SunTrust! They only process PPP loans for Mega corporations and not small firms and concern. Their behavior is shameful, you are much better off with a credit union. Good luck to people, please stay away from SunTrust

Stopped by on Saturday morning to open a new account. Heelay was immediately able to help me set up an account that met my needs. She noted this is one of the few locations that will remain open on Saturdays, so it was quite busy. Note- parking was crazy! They also offer safety deposit boxes.

Suntrust has been my primary bank since my college days and that's been forever and a day ago. I usually go to this location because it's closest to my house as well as the bank where I drop my monthly condo payment. First of all, the parking is wackety wack wack!!! I wish they'd make the road closest to the bank (in the lot) a one way, it'd definitely ease up on the 'almost accidents/profanity sessions!!! I digress. Anyhow, there's one teller that I repeat in my head not to get but lol and behold she's always available. I guess my main issue with her is efficiency. Yes efficiency is a theme throughout several of my reviews. Over the weekend I go in for my usual, a blank check from my checking account. I provide my debit card as well as my ID cause it's required. I also give the spill, I have an out of state account before they try and make me swipe my card which won't totally recognize my account (I heard this is changing soon). She prints out the check and hands my ID and debit card back. I fill it out and sign neatly. I stated that because last month I had an issue with signing my name fast and it not matching what was on my ID or in her system... something, although my face was the same face on my ID and standing in front of her. I digress again. After she takes my check (that's filled out neatly) she ask for my ID again. Y'all... y'all... I almost lost it. Why didn't she just keep it if she knew she'd need it again. I honestly whoo-saaadddd in my head because you know my mind thinks efficiently and procedurally. She's looking at my ID, the check, and her system hemming and hawing to the point that I say....is there a problem? Like clearly, the money is there, the check is written neatly and my face in front of you is the same face on my ID., there was literally a pregnant pause as if she was just gonna make me wait because she could. She replied nothing is wrong and then finally proceeds to give me my cash. If it were the first time I would have chalked it up but this is the second time that something similar has happened with that particular teller. Going forward even if she's available, I'll be waiting for someone else and letting it be known that I choose not to do business with her.
