I don't even know how to start I had a horrible experience these two guys were so disrespectful to me diangailo and anderson I think that was their names they both dint want to do their jobs Diangailo told me to leave the store and go to another store and Anderson was just laughing they have bad costumes service skills I give them a 0/10

A very wonderful shop with caring and supportive staff.Deangelo was very patient with me since I came in asking him for help with my new phone screen protective shield. Then he waited all the way until we transferred my old phone data to the new one.He is very agile and supportive with customers and does the best to make customers happy and satisfied.

Went to the store to replace my old SIM card and they wanted to charge me $10. I had previously talked with customer service online and they mentioned I could go to the store to replace the SIM card for free. I ended up calling T-Mobile and they will ship me a new SIM card for free.

Went to the Springfield T-Mobile on friday to buy a iphone14 pro max. One of the employees there said they didn’t have it. So I came to rose hill. Within in seconds of walking into the store Kevin greeting me, and sold me my iPhone. Thank you Kevin for helping me get my phone set up and selling it to me.

The customer service at this store is fabulous! Raj, Corey, and Caroline were all so helpful and patient with me and my problematic phone. They all worked together to come up with a solution, and did not stop until the problem was resolved. And, through the whole ordeal they kept their cool, and sense of humor. Will definitely go there again if I ever have any other issues with my phone or coverage.

When I arrived at the T-Mobile at Rose Hill , Cory and Raj were extremely welcoming, very helpful and determined to help me in every way possible. Cory and Raj made my experience at T-Mobile great, excellent customer service and very kind. I highly recommend this location and I for sure will be returning to Rose Hill location from now on!

The worst customer service ever.. lack of information turned into misinformation turned into lack of responsible customer service to try to correct but instead ask the customer to call TMobile to reverse an unauthorized service.My wife goes to upgrade her phone... tell her she qualifies for half the price of a brand new phone after a rebate on her current.. turns out 'half off' is wrong some after 45 minutes they understand that only magenta plus/max plan qualifies, but not magenta regular plan...no apologies whatsoever, as if the mistake is hers...we decide to do the deal anyways, well this time neither the paperwork I receive at home via email shows any clue as to the rebate or the unauthorized protection plan...come to discover by a text message sent by TMobile some $18 a month for 24 months, skipped to be mentioned to the customer. I go to this dealer the next day, just to dig in to get response as to what is what so that things are clear, as hesitance soaks the place.. I canceled the deal and as for the cancelation of the protection plan the scm.k asks me to call the customer service.. lowest form of customer service.. they were so rude, that I had to grind my teeth, really...I have been with TMobile for almost 15 years and overall a happy customer. However if you want a new phone or an upgrade, then do it online, you will be rid of the activation fee, or find a dealer where they appreciate you as a customer... Costco offers better TMobile deals, as well, if you have membership..
