This is by far one of the worst Target locations I’ve ever been to. There is trash all over the floor, shelves aren’t stocked, and many of the employees don’t seem to care.
I took my daughter to use the family bathroom only to find it occupied. After waiting for a couple minutes, there was no flush and Brian E., an employee came strolling out and the bathroom had trash on the ground. Apparently the family bathroom doubles as a break room.

Good evening. Target Team Member, Zantori, is awesome. She went the extra mile for me counting my yogurts to make sure I had the right number in my pick up order (I walked into the store to pick up my order), she also walked back to pick up the items that I was short on. She should be promoted ASAP - she is a model Target Team Member. Please make sure you get her into leadership training ASAP - she is a management potential candidate, I believe.

Ordered a davinci dresser online. One of the handles was damaged. To replace one of the 6 door handles for the dresser, it would be required to return the whole dresser. Super surprised they don’t have vendor contacts they could just email for small parts. I’ll be reviewing davinci negatively too for making the consumer handle part acquisition forms when it’s definitely something they should have the bandwidth to do themselves. Or are davinci and target startups with no money or something

Not one single cashier line open and a line wrapped around the store while employees joke and laugh near the empty registers. This is ridiculous. You may as well remove the cash registers if you aren't going to use them and have nothing but a store full of self checkout. At least this way the lives would be shorter. SMH 😒

There were several employees around to help and our checkout target rep, Chelsea, was very nice and friendly!! This is for sure the best target in the area.

Fatima the front end manager is awful! Customer care is her last concern and she picks people out of large lines to by pass others. Her workers care more about their delivery orders over the customer. Awful!!!!

Stopped at this Target to get a few things while I was on my trip. It’s like every other Target I’ve been to. The store was clean and was stocked with everything I needed. I did go in the rain so it wasn’t busy. I was in and out with no problems.

Friendly employees and this store is always stocked up with the items you need. Clean and organized store with plenty of employees to help you, but the cash register lines are too long.

This Target is located at Potomac Yard, which has every business that you need. The parking lot at this shopping center gets very busy. I would recommend coming here during non-peak hours. Target is a great store, and I enjoy shopping at Target. We had several items that were needed and found everything with ease.

Low volume of cashiers and also rude and unapproachable. Shop with caution, and be aware of the long lines to the register.
