I absolutely love this place!! Lele and Phil are great they are very personable and make you feel at home and comfortable. No matter your fitness level. The Trainers (Josh,Krista,Kamau and Nate) are all great and have different styles that all can enjoy! Its the best gym(I’ve gone to many) in the area affordable, great schedule, staff (Maria at the front desk always makes sure the place is decorated for all occasions ) and all members are all kind and fun to be around. I Love The Camp Alexandria !!!

The Camp is my absolute favorite place for a workout. I tried a couple of other gyms, but none came nearly close to the Camp. I love all our trainers and routines. It works for people with different levels of skills and strength, just pick your speed and weights. The owner makes you feel welcomed and at home every single day. Everyone can have a free trial class to get a feel of what the routine is like. Other than a membership there are options to sign up for a weight loss challenge.

I almost signed up for this place but the girl who would have done my paper work acted as if she didn’t want to be there ir at least irritated with me.I came in and inquired about the place but she acted as if she just knew I wasn’t going to sign up and treated me so. I was coming from a gym that I was paying almost 200 at, the price was well under that and I had full intention of giving this place a shot but bc of her i didn’t sign up.

I started my first challenge in July. I successfully lost 20lbs completing and finishing my challenge. The Camp Transformation Center have excellent coaches that are friendly/helpful and encouraging. The HIIT interval training is upbeat and challenging. I have enjoyed the classes and they go by fast. I am already feeling stronger but I am also struggling with my lower back pain. Most of the work outs can be easily modified for different levels. I do like that the classes are made up of people of all shapes and sizes. No masks required for work out. Hand sanitizer is available at the entrance. Equipment is sanitized between sessions. The food is wearing on me as I have food allergies and limited to turkey and fish. I look forward to my next 6 weeks with the trainers.

The Camp has truly been a life changing experience. If you follow the script, the results are imminent. The Camp's culture, to include staff and members, really help motivate you to achieve results you never would have expected. The Camp's Director, Gwen, or 'Coach G' as I like to call her will make sure that your not playing around with your goals - if you're not pushing hard enough, she'll be sure to let you know, LOL. I look forward to the next challenges and breaking barriers in an ongoing effort to achieve my long time fitness goals. If you're looking to jump start your weight loss journey or push your physical fitness to the next level, then the camp is the place to be!
