I have been buying in the store for 17 years and they have always been friendly, but since last year when I changed managers everything has changed, it seems that Hispanics don't like us, there are people who take carts full of products and in front of the and He doesn't say anything, but he always walks behind the Hispanics, the truth is I feel uncomfortable, ?, he makes exceptions for people to charge, he only charges his friends and for everything they carry he only charges them like three objects

Huge location. Some of every thing seems to always be available. Affordable, thrift store prices - on very usable items and clothing. I always appreciate a good thrift store, and this one qualifies!

I Shop here since 1998, I am taking back my positive reviews, lots of things changed to the worst, since my last review, the most shocking is the clients favoritism plague, there is something funny going on the loading dock, where an employee, or maybe more, hiding certain goods, let's say media items, hide them from customers, and never take these items, to the show room, and call specific client, to come and select whatever he wants! one worker said (he bought us lunch)!!This is a shameful way to do business, and very unprofessional. I for one, will never do business again in this store, until they get their act straight, and I think they know who I am, and what exactly I am talking about, I never wished to write a review like this, but an employee told me to write (along one), (sarcastically), and I just did, ENJOY.ps.I am willing to speak to the owner.

Don't waste your time! You WON'T find anything Here! The store has certain regular customers shop in the donation/pricing area rather than the sales floor. These are usually book (and sometimes electronics/game) resellers. They come on weekday mornings and don't have regular day jobs. They are preferred customers that work deals with the corrupt managers/employees. I know upper management and the owners only care about profits, but it's gotta so out of hand. Every time anything decent comes along, its part of a full cart belonging to one of those customers.PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!Either announce/have signs that say customers can shop in the donation/production area in the back or NO ONE is allowed back there. PERIOD.There used to be an issue with people stealing from donations carts (since they're at the front on the store), but employees put the carts back faster. Also, prices have gone up recently, but thats true for all thrift (and retail) stores.

I have shopped here for many years and always find something special. I went with several of my children recently and each of them found lovely "treasures" and some cool clothes, many with department store tags still attached! Many of the people working there have been there for years, and I am always greeted with kind words and smiles. I hesitate to glow about our adventures here because I am afraid this store will be swamped the next time we visit.

3.7 stars overall…yet 5 stars for customer service and the chair purchase. I had to dock off a star due to some difficulties and the prices. I found the perfect item - an old antique rocking chair with wear and tear. It had a big crack and minor repair issues so they reduced the price to $22. We were able to fix the cracks and noticed several repairs on the chair. I thought the price was fair, since we had to do repair work on it.The prices on items at this thrift shop were high to me, yet I did enjoy walking through the store. I didn't find anything useful to buy. Customer service was very good, and the sales clerk lowered the price of the chair after my husband pointed out flaws. I liked their display of jewelry. Parking can get difficult. A car parked too close to use - making it impossible for my husband to open his car door to get inside. He is average height and size. We almost got hit by a car trying to get out of the parking lot. Despite the problems It is worth a go see.

Very good for clothes, both men’s and women’s, just OK for furniture and home goods, lousy book selection. Pricing a bit erratic, some items very reasonable, others too high. Worth regular visits.

For years it was my favorite store, but since they have new management nothing is the same, always people steals the donation from out side front of the manager and employes, the best items are bought by selected customers who can go to the production area, and also by the employees who daily carry their shopping carts full. Do something about it.

The times that I've gone here there has been a pretty good selection of clothes, household items, furniture, and other miscellaneous stuff. Even though it's under another name I believe they're affiliated with AmVets and will do home pickup of big furniture items people want to donate, which is great! Store is pretty well organized, they keep the floor well stocked and offer some nice promotions. A lot cheaper and better than most goodwills these days. I can also tell this thrift store is pretty good because of the bad attitude of staff working here, no matter what, no matter who you interact with, no matter when or what you're trying to buy. I don't know what the hourly pay rate is for this place so I can't fault them actually. People working here are tired and fed up with you before you even approach them with a question and there's one cashier lady who may be the most unhappiest person I've ever interacted with. No matter what you do when you approach her with your items at the front, you're doing it wrong and she's going to let you know about it. Despite that I frequently think about coming back here from time to time and that folks, is a true sign of a good thrift store.

Decent prices for most items. I found cloth napkins for .49cent. Can't beat that. It was also cleaner than most thrifts
