I had a terrible experience at this TJ Maxx location because of an employee named Monira. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. From the moment I approached her with a simple question, she gave me attitude, rolled her eyes, and acted like I was bothering her. Customer service like this is completely unacceptable. People like her should not be working in retail if they are not happy

So disappointed! I have been always a customer at this location for years and yesterday I gave the employee a $100 cash and she returned Incorrectly $50 instead of $75 bill and when I found out the mistake this morning I call the store and denied to refund even though I asked to come over to review the camera footage. What a shame we work hard for our money and people take advantage like that.

I was one of customers in T.J maxx, and I wanted to ask something of one of managers. She was the most disrespectful and rude manager I’ve ever seen in my life, and she also was so rude and disrespectful with her employees. I saw her yelling at her employees, and I’m not happy about this, and I don’t like it at all.

Went down the other day to get a revlon brush. The box itself looked like someone opened it but I didn’t think anything of it. Finally opened it today because I wanted to try it out and I find blond hairs all over the brush and the bristles are broken. So disappointed. This is why I check before I buy them but the sales lady told me I wasn’t allowed to open the box before hand. Now I have to waste another trip back to return.

Came and for a return and the cashier was inspecting every item slowly like I was a criminal trying to get over on TJMaxx. All the tags were on the items and I had a receipt. As a credit card holder and long time patron she gave me a very uneasy feeling, not welcoming at all. She’s an older lady, so maybe that’s her personality, but also maybe she shouldn’t work in a customer service role. No need for me to revisit this location again.

Maxine is a name of one of coordinator here. SHE IS HORRIBLE PERSON. I accidentally drop something on the floor, she was very mean and immediately react like a monkey. I can’t believe how someone can be like this! She react so fast without giving me time to pick it up. She seems to have mental health problem to attack costumer like that! and working in TJ max as a coordinator. When I ask what is her name she said you don’t need my name. She thinks she can treat customer how ever she want. She doesn’t own TJ max. Please someone let her know this is wrong.
