Transportation Federal Credit Union needs to do better with providing excellent customer service to their clients. Every time I call to speak to an agent about my accounts, credit card or loan, I will literally be on hold for an hour or more. You all as an institution have to do better and find a solution to this long hold time. My time is valuable and the fact that I have to sit and wait for this long just to speak to someone about my account is RIDICULOUS. I have attached a photo just to prove how long I've been waiting. Please do BETTER!!!

I have been with TFCU since 1992. This is my second car loan. The services provided by Mr. Bryon Canvas were excellent with nice and professional follow up. He ensured my car delivery was smooth by sending the payment and all the paper work on time without any glitches. I would go back to Bryon and TFCU for another car loan in the future if needed. I have been with TFCU for over 30 years. I recently contacted TCU to increase my credit card. My loan processor Napoleon Rubio was very friendly, professional, helpful, excellent customer service. He was very fast and efficient. The entire process from start to finish was smooth and very efficient. He thoroughly explained things to me, including my options. My sincere thanks to Napoleon!

MONITOR/CHECK CREDIT REPORT ASAP AND AS OFTEN AS POSSIBLE.I have been a member of this credit union since 2014, my experience and "trust" was pretty good; the credit union has, for the most part, been very helpful financially until this year...With my current lease wrapping up, I started the process of seeking loans to purchase a 2nd home; I was very excited to start this process. To my dismay my credit was not as strong as I thought it would be given I had paid off/consolidated over 18K in debt. After comparing the credit scores I notice a significant difference in them; roughly 30 points. I started digging, to my dismay I realized the credit union had not been reporting my accounts since February (its now August), not only that they reported a credit card account that had been PAID OFF, as closed in February and THEN AGAIN, YUP, AGAIN, in June! I was told I would need to dispute these items for them to be fixed. The credit union then provided a letter to creditors (as if they care), that the closed account was an error and all payments are up to date etc. Their actions caused me to miss the opportunity to purchase a home. Although the items were "fixed" or they responded to the disputes, the damage was done. I was only offered a "we are sorry, if I could go in and change the score I would". Zero lack of responsibility for the financial hardship place in due to their negligence. I have been denied (even by TRANSFCU) for credit or given higher than normal interest rates because of my scores, I couldn't understand why, I was paying on time and paying down. I was once denied by TRANSFCU because of debt to pay ratio, a ratio that was incorrect due to the failure to report the payoff/closure of the account; a TRANSFCU product mind you; a payment that was roughly $4-500 monthly. Disappointed is an understatement! Big business/credit is so one sided, why is it ok for creditors to be flawed but consumers are hit hard when an error/slip up is made. I plan to seek legal council on the matter as well as consult a credit analyst for the should've, could've, would'ves.I am still fighting the credit bureaus to have information corrected.

I just want to do a very big shoutout to Napoleon (loan processor). He was so kind, very professional, very friendly, outstanding customer/communication skills, and indeed helpful. He have so much expeirence and guided me the right path with my loan. The entire process from start to finish was great and very efficient. He is the best! I recommend his services to anyone, he will not disappoint. 10 star rating!!! :) Thanks TFCU for having a great employee like Napoleon.

I've been with TransFCU for over 30 years and I have always received great customer service. Sometimes, however, you speak to that one person that just goes above and beyond and understands exactly how to help. That person for me was Napoleon Rubio. He listened intently as I explained my circumstance and assured me that he could help. In less than 24 hours he got me the answer I was looking for...Approved!!! Thank you Napoleon for a great experience!

I've been with TransFCU for over 12yrs. I've purchased and paid off a car previously, and I wasn't looking forward to having to go through this again. But because of a total loss situation, here we were. However, this go around, I had the pleasure of working with Napoleon for my car loan. He made the car buying process so seamless and a very pleasant one. I was in constant contact with him because he started to be that sensible voice helping me make rational decisions and expressing to me when a deal didn't sound reasonable etc. He was very informative in answering my many questions, helpful when assisting me with running "the numbers." And very kind the entire time. Thanks Napoleon!!!Also, the TrueCar service with TransFCU was very useful!

No one answers the phone. When I retired, I stopped having automatic deposits made many much later I discovered they were deducting $15 a month for an inactive account. I have been calling and calling and calling and calling after asking them to close my account only defined, they continue to rob me Stay away

This was my third car loan with TRANSFCU over the last 17 years. Each experience has been wonderful. Bryon, my recent loan specialist, was phenomenal. He made the experience easy, smooth and quick. He went above and beyond to meet my car payment request, while keeping me on track with the documents that needed to be signed electronically in a timely manner. He also made sure that the dealership received their funds as promised. Although, I may have been able to get a lower rate from another lender, but at what cost mentally and emotionally? I appreciate the friendliness, openness and professionalism Bryon exhibited during the process. Thank you Bryon, for once again making this loan process painless and easy.I highly recommend TRANSFCU for doing business.
