Traylor provided high quality service and a reasonable price. We had our whole kitchen gutted and renovated in the timespan of about a month. We provided them a tight timeline and they stuck to it even when issues arose. They were great with communicating information and were always available to answer questions. Andre even helped us with issues that were outside of our project and would go out of his way to make our home more beautiful. Would definitely hire them again for future projects and recommend them to anyone for projects both big and small!

I’m thrilled with how my kitchen remodel turned out. The team’s attention to detail and craftsmanship was amazing. They really took the time to understand what I wanted, and it shows in every part of the project. The tile work, especially, blew me away, they helped me pick a gorgeous design which made the backsplash the highlight of the whole kitchen. Everything they did was top-notch, from the cabinets to the finishing touches. Plus, they were super professional, easy to communicate with, and made the whole process stress-free. I couldn’t recommend them more.

We recently had the pleasure of working with the Traylor team for a major renovation of our home, and I am happy with the results. From start to finish, the entire process was professional and as smooth as it could be for a multi room home renovation.
The initial consultation process was especially helpful because they work with a great design team where you can really see how the materials will look together. The duo of Renata and Andre both have great ideas from both a function and design perspective but still try to accommodate the budget. They provide visuals before committing to the project and they were flexible enough to change the layout to our liking several times - we could be pretty honest about what we wanted or not. The outcome was pretty exact to the final renderings.
We were given regular updates on the progress, any unexpected issues, and how they were being addressed. Traylor was always upfront about timelines and costs, which helped avoid any unpleasant surprises later on. They document every detail in an organized way so it is never unclear. It was a big project for us so, yes of course, we had add-ons and spent more than expected but that was not their pushing but more our choices. Of note, the project was definitely completed on time but we also had a VERY flexible timeline. Still I got the impression they always push forward to stay on track.
The craftsmanship was exactly what we had hoped for and we have already gotten compliments on the transformation of our home.
Post-renovation, the customer service has remained excellent. When I had a minor issue with a cabinet handle and drawer, they sent their main point person and construction team again to fix it at no additional cost. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is evident, even after the job is done.
I do recommend this team to anyone considering a bigger home renovation of the main attraction areas of their home. Their work does have a clean "wow" effect.

We have worked with Traylor now for 3+ years on various projects at our home, and have always been very pleased. They re-did our deck, built us a front porch, re-did a hall bathroom and created an office on our first floor. Just this past week, they modified our upstairs floor to add a wall and create a new room, and it looks beautiful! They are quick to respond and provide a quote, and the work is always of the highest quality. We are always impressed and very happy with their work. We will continue to use Traylor for all of our house projects. Highly recommend this company!! Thank you Andre & team!

This is the second time we have worked with Andre and his team - and they are simply the best. They are easy to work with, their prices are competitive, and the quality of their work is top-notch. Could not be happier with our bathroom remodel. Andre and his team did 2 jobs for us, one was structural and the other was a redesign of the bathroom. His crew was ontime, worked quickly and even corrected an emergency plumbing issue that popped up - not related to the work they were doing. They were responsive to our questions and to changes to the original project scope, like storage and recessed lighting. Highly recommend.

Traylor Design remodeled our walk-in master bath shower after it was found to be cracked and leaking. They replaced and repaired everything quickly and with very high quality work. They made sure to check in with me and show me the work after every step so I could see and understand the progress as it went. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future!

We renovated our small master bathroom and couldn't be happier with the results. Renata, Andre and their construction team were very responsive and we had great communication throughout the entire project. The team showed up exactly at 8 a.m. every morning through the project and did a professional job. I would work with them again on future projects.

I WOULD NOT WISH THESE PEOPLE UPON MY WORST ENEMY. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE. I hired Andre to build a deck with a rain drainage system to ensure the area under the deck would not get wet. Not only were there constant delays during construction, but when the project was completed, there were scratched Trex deck boards and other minor issues, but the main issue was that the drainage system was a COMPLETE FAILURE. After OVER THREE MONTHS of pestering him, Andre blamed one of his "inexperienced" workers and said he'd honor his guarantee and fix the deck. He came with a worker, lifed the boards, replaced the Rainescape membranes, and I hoped that would be the end of it, but the leaks continued, and only got worse. After that, Andre and his wife Renata completely stopped responding to messages. They are completely unprofessional and clearly INEPT. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY and find another contractor for your project(s)! Check out this company's Facebook page for videos of the shoddy work they did for me.

We are so pleased with our experience with Traylor. The entire process was smooth and we felt supported by experts every step of the way. Their specialized team are extremely skilled and offer suggestions and ideas along the way. They quickly troubleshoot issues and stick to their timeframes which was extremely appreciated living through construction. We wholeheartedly recommend Traylor. We love our new bathrooms!!

We absolutely love our new bathroom!Andre, Manny, and their team were incredible. They personally handled our remodel with professionalism, interest, and care. They were knowledgable in a well rounded manner, helped guide us on decisions which were tough to make, and provided options when needed. The daily teams always arrived on time, staged their work in a protected area, and ensured the project stayed isolated so the rest of house was clean. They were very kind and included Andre or Manny on details that were not outlined in the project scope so we could all address the changes or details forgotten (small things like position of the shower heads, location of shower door based on access, even toilet proximity to window!) We felt very involved and impressed by all of the teams.The only thing that we would recommend is to stay on top of changes. While every project will have unknowns and modifications, there needed to be extra reviews on change orders with the back office documentation. Payment and schedules were not communicated in advance, so there were times where payment was made and bills were still coming in, or payment was expected but bills were not sent to both home owners. This was easy to handle for our project size, but might want to be further detailed on larger scopes.All in all, 10 out of 10 and will be hiring these guys again. We have also recommended them to our neighbors :)
