Absolutely terrible customer service I walked in the store at 11:02am I went to the lumber section and measured out the piece I needed I asked 4 different associates for assistance to get the lumber cut. 2 paged for a lumber specialist and no one showed up. I walked around the store to find a delegate of managers and asked for assistance I explained I had been standing there for 45mins. Which it was received in disbelief the time is 11:48am when a female manager told me that the. Machine was broken and stated it had a work order on it as if I was suppose to know. It didn't have an out of order sign so again myself and the 4 other associates didn't know either. So now it is noon and a lot of time wasted the lack of communication and customer service needs to be addressed. Thank you to the associates who attempted to to help.

Terrible customer service. The guy at the desk was clearly disrespectful and asked me for a "North American ID" as if I was coming from another continent. Super rude and condescending attitude.

This is the best Home Depot around. The workers are friendly, happy, nice, and welcoming. I've been here 8 times in 5 days, it's worth the drive if you need help or want advice. Thank you to the mangers at this location, you're doing all the right things, putting the customer first and helping us dream of our next project! Store is stocked well, organized, clean, and well run.

Good selection of plants and flowers. One of the better garden centers. Friendly staff. Very helpful with finding items in the shop.

I don't want to place even a 1 star raring on this home depot branch.I bought a washing machine and dryer in the store. 3rd party vendor came to deliver and install and supposed to remove the old ones. they came in with their shoes on wet from the dew from the grass. I inquired if they have shoe cover, he asked if I have one. installation guys want to.change my plumbing, change and move the dryer vent. was giving me quotation on how much more I should pay. I said no.called their customer service, home depot said they have only 1 contractor to deliver and install. I was surprised for big company like this no other vendors available. the manager assumed and insisted that I should do what should be done or else they will only deliver and not even take the old appliances. never will I come back to this place!!!

Good store if you don't need assistance. I spoke with 3 associates, and they all pointed me to someone else. No one offered to help me but an associate who works in lumber. He had to make 2 announcements, and then I waited and waited. Ended up walking out.

About a week ago, I went in to get some Kingsford Mesquite in a bag that was showing up on the website as being in the store. Looking where it was supposed to be, the bin was empty. Usually people don't go out of their way to help but a young man working there named Nati asked if he could help me. I told him what I was looking for and he was able to find it on another aisle. He went and had someone with a forklift get it down for me. I was only going to buy one bag, but with all the effort he went to, I picked up two. He didn't act like it was a burden to help the customer and I'd go back just because of his great attitude. Thanks for the awesome, and nowadays, rare customer service Nati.

The Customer Service manager on duty will be disrespectful and speak to you in a tone of superiority. I would not recommend going to this Home Depot expecting to resolve anything or be treated with dignity when working with the Customer Service desk.

I needed a few things to take to my other home about an hour away. The day before, I ordered the items and prepaid for them to pick up at their Annandale store. After almost 24hrs, the status was still not ready. I stopped by the store and the items were not ready. The woman at customer service spent a good 20 mins trying to find them. She eventually came back and stated they were out of everything except the 4 pack of batteries. She stated they were "moving". Not sure what that meant but I asked why the website stated the items were in stock (plenty of them) and charged me for them. She stated it was a mistake. I wasted almost an hour and was hugely inconvenienced, and wasted gas driving there. I got a refund to my card but I will not be back. I understand that stores are very short staffed but if that's the case, do not provide curbside shopping if you cannot handle it. I had much better luck at Lowes.

It's a Home Depot. Hit and miss for help, aisles crowded with products, stuff in the wrong bins, etc. if you know what you need, it's and out. If you need assistance, try a real hardware store.

HOLY COW! I'm from California, and I had a great relationship with the staff there. I just moved here and had my first interaction with the staff here! I'm never going anywhere else ever again! The people here are amazing! Let's do names: Kathy, Carol, Joe, Skylar (Milwaukee guy), Nelson! Cathy greeted me told me to see Joe. Joe found my problem and made the solution happen just like that. Skylar trusted his instincts and took care of a service person who has an entire array of Milwaukee tools and for that he will see my business in big money. Nelson took care of my return better than any return I've had to deal with in my life (I worked retail for 10 years) this guy is a gem! Carol was great, observant and supportive of the staff. These people should be the face of the company! See you on Monday!
