We there to cash a check. So it was a fast experience. As soon as I walked in, everyone greeted me and smiled. Which was really nice. I had Anna which was the supervisor and she was training a new teller. But they all talked to me which makes the experience nice. I did was asked if I had an account (i did not) but it wasn't too pushy to open an account with them (which was my experience with a different branch). She gave me her card if I changed my mind. For cashing a check they wanted to see my ID and a debit card. And they had to call the check owner to verify which was cool extra security steps. Wonder what happen if they didn't pick up though? Small place. Not busy. The branch manager say hello and say I looked familiar. Hahaha. Anyway just wanted to say: Good branch!

Do NOT bank with these people! My acct was closed because It was inactive for a couple months when I lost my job I called them multiple times the week before I got my direct deposit went in to make sure every thing was ok and they never told me my account was closed So when I got my new job direct deposit went in and my funds were unavailable because I owed 45 $ I ask them to take it out of my direct deposit not very hard to do right? Wrong they tell me I have to pay out of pocket but that's the only money I have and they also tell me that my debit card and bank account will be back open next day at 12 am guess what ? Its not !! So tired of these people and the trouble they not only caused me to miss my rent I had to get loans to pay my rent because rent was due they have the audacity to tell me to keep my account . I will rather bank with a more reputable people.
