Spoke with Joe and that is a real stand up guy! He was very polite, allowed me to ask a bunch of questions about my package, he gave me an expectation flow and explained everything to me!! He's very patient and thorough. He gave me a lot of reassurance. Definitely recommend this place!

After I went to the store to send out a return item to Amazon, a customer service representative from the UPS store refused my service because I asked him why he's not saying hi after I approach him with nice gesture saying what's up my friend he looked at me very mean and unwelcoming and told me he's not going to serve me because you don't have to. Very disrespectful this is not how you treat people in a local business, Neighbors should be respected because they bring all the money in order for your business to succeed and customer service is the bottom line for local business.

The employees here are kind and very knowledgeable. They may send you home three times to bring back the correct label but in the end they saved me 300.00!

The staff here are efficient but the customer service is lacking. They’re often unwelcoming and I see reviews that echo mine. I’ve lived in Old Town for years and this location could learn a lot from the location on Madison St. in Old Town.

I will literally drive 40 mins just to ship items from this location. I’ve been coming here for over ten years and the service has always been efficient, fast, and top notch.

The service was fast and friendly. I was offered insurance and quickly declined but the wonderful rep said, “ it’s on about 3 bucks and you said this is super special for your mother” I said you’re so right!! And I purchased the insurance! Wonderful update skills! I loved that! I don’t feel pressured, She made me feel like I was missing out if I didn’t purchase insurance! Wonderful experience.

Luggage storage here through the Bounce app! Very convenient spot for dropping off luggage to explore old town Alexandria. It's within walking distance but there is also a free trolly that stops across the street. The drop-off was super easy. My friends and I dropped off 14 bags with no problems. Definitely recommend.

This is my go to UPS store for my shipping needs. Small store front with a friendly owner and staff. I wish they offered free shipping supplies from UPS to share with customer who already have a pre-paid UPS shipping label.

Ali and his staff did an amazing job on our print projects for our baby shower banner and invite cards. The turn around time was fast and even when I ship stuff out they are fast at processing your shipment. My wife and I will be back for more projects in the future!- ACE

Front desk attendant was completely glacial in demeanor & unapproachable. His face & attitude said it all, like ?”Stay away from me!” ? You knew what you signed up for otherwise have no business working in customer service!
